They built the Revenue Street’s identity from the ground up. From the logo, the messaging, and the tone of voice to the visual styling, the design elements, and color treatments. They built the entire website for Revenue Street while consistently creating content to build thought leadership on LinkedIn.

Their team has copywriters, visual designers, communication designers, developers, digital media specialists, and social media experts with an active direction from the founders themselves.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The turn around for the website was fast and there were little to no iterations since the outcome was exactly what I wanted the website to be. They understood what exactly my vision was and delivered on their promise. The consistent work on social media towards achieving weekly goals is carried out without hiccups and I couldn’t be more grateful for that.

The team at The Go-To Guy! is very responsive and coordinating which helps in keeping things on track. Especially the account manager who was assigned to my project, Sunny, made sure that the deliverables met the deadlines and all my expectations were fulfilled.

The non-conforming attitude towards branding and marketing. As a startup in this space, they bring a fresh perspective in the work they do and they don’t stick to the conventional methods or ways of doing things.

They are adaptive which means they are always evolving which is a good thing for an agency. We are looking at working more with them in the coming future and we’re sure they’ll exceed themselves.

After the initial discussion with the Co-Founders of the company where we agreed on the scope and commercials, I was assigned an Account Manager for my project. He was my single point of contact for day to day communication and operational discussions.

We had a content writer, graphics design, visual designer, video specialist and a digital marketing specialist assigned to our account who used to work with the Account Manager.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had a dedicated Account Manager and regular weekly meeting as touch points to track the work progress. Also the Founders of the company Ajay & Dipankar were always available when needed for their strategic inputs and direction.

This helped in smooth execution of our projects and I am extremely satisfied with the output.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I found it very easy to work The Go-To Guy! from day one. They are truely good in execution as they rightly claim. They have a good process of collecting the requirement brief, planning it internally and delivering on time.

Their agility in terms of being flexible is what was most impressive as not everything can be planned to the last T. I highly recommend working with The Go-To Guy! as we also continue to do so.

We’ve seen an improvement in the overall number of new visitors to our website and an increase in the time spent per page. In terms of SEO, our main services are visible on the top five pages of Google and Bing for major keyword searches. On our social channels, we’ve observed a 15–20% increase in the footfall and engagements on posts.

They plan and execute strategies smoothly. We haven’t faced many communication challenges with the vendor. They’ve submitted campaign ideas and executed them mostly within the expected timelines. The Go-To Guy! is open to receiving feedback, and they include our suggestions into campaigns ideas and execution strategies.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were most impressed with the vendor’s industry knowledge, which made the knowledge transfer very smooth and quick. While they’re a significantly new player in this game, the group is quite strong. They were always ready to pull in extra hours, even on weekends.

There is always room for improvement. They could work faster. Also, they shouldn’t be hesitant to voice concerns that could impact the end result.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially started with a pure branding project, including the name, logo, brand elements, colors, and collaterals. We had a brief start with the name, but we ultimately took the lead because the tight regulatory space didn’t allow for many name options. After that, The Go-To Guy! made all the suggestions for the logo, colors, and other elements. After that, I decided to extend the scope and gave them the website development project as well. The team delivered business cards, a letterhead, a presentation template, and a website with calculator tools.

We got many compliments from clients and other launch messages on our website and branding. People called out the sharp branding, beautiful design, slick features, and professional touch to every element. I was so happy with the end result.

We mainly communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps. There was a time when we needed to pre-launch the website for an early unexpected client meeting. The team stretched over the weekend and multiple late nights to make that possible. We also won the client, and I felt our state-of-the-art website had a part to play.

Their expertise in design and branding, going the extra mile for the client, and can-do attitude were visible in every step. Each team member did a fantastic job. What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

For more brand awareness, there has been a striking increase in share of voice within our industry. Other than this, the grant was behind arranging most of the mentions and media placements which we were able to avail of. It set us up, in a sense, with better qualified prospects, better consistency on the brand, and much clearer digital strategy from here on out. Post our association within a year we've routed a lot of our different businesses to them looking at the way they have performed and are performing the bond gets stronger and stronger.

They were organized project-wise, transparent, and responsive throughout the entire engagement. The engagement started with the establishment of a project timeline that highlighted major milestones. They kept to the deadlines or might have exceeded them most of the time, we appreciated their approach of dividing major initiatives into a few phases to monitor progress better and keep one aligned with all stakeholders but more importantly, the team really listened to our needs and goals with equal focus.

Any time a quick turnaround on a campaign was needed or additional support during the brand launch was required, they would swing into action and perform. Quality was never diminished in the name of speed. Their ability to remain agile while maintaining structure is what allows things to go smoothly and efficiently.

What resonated with me pertaining to this agency was the combination of strategy and sincere partnership. They weren't simply the people who executed orders but they sat down and listened to the entire story of our brand, industry, and long-range ambitions, they were remarkably flexible in terms of creative storytelling and business intent, often dropping ideas for us that we had never considered.

Another thing that truly sets this agency out is their obsessive stance on performance and accountability every single recommendation they put forth was based on projections, evidence and results, in full transparency of what can work and the things that needed to be changed about the scenario. This reinforced our confidence in their way and made it feel so much that we had our internal team with them.

They gave us a very personalized treatment, no less impressive than that. No cookie cutter approaches, everything they came up with really spoke to our brand voice, audience, and objectives! Strategic thinking, responsiveness, and creativity all of that placed them solidly in the realm of competitive partners.
