    We hired the team to improve our brand awareness in the digital landscape. We wanted to find ways to reach out to the right audience with proper messaging of our services and our core strengths.     How did you select this vendor?

    We searched for local digital marketing companies in our area and shortlisted a few based on our requirements and the experience vendors had in our vertical. We benchmarked the shortlisted vendors based on submitted proposals and quotations.

    The vendor’s scope of work includes revamping our website and executing content marketing across relevant digital marketing platforms. The team develops market-ready collateral in collaboration with our internal team, plans and executes paid campaigns on LinkedIn, and performs marketing functions on Google and other social channels.

    We were given a dedicated account manager who deals with data collection and shares concepts for feedback and approvals. We have also been in touch with their marketing, branding, and communications employees.

    Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

    We’ve seen an improvement in the overall number of new visitors to our website and an increase in the time spent per page. In terms of SEO, our main services are visible on the top five pages of Google and Bing for major keyword searches. On our social channels, we’ve observed a 15–20% increase in the footfall and engagements on posts.

    They plan and execute strategies smoothly. We haven’t faced many communication challenges with the vendor. They’ve submitted campaign ideas and executed them mostly within the expected timelines. The Go-To Guy! is open to receiving feedback, and they include our suggestions into campaigns ideas and execution strategies.

    What did you find most impressive about this company?

    We were most impressed with the vendor’s industry knowledge, which made the knowledge transfer very smooth and quick. While they’re a significantly new player in this game, the group is quite strong. They were always ready to pull in extra hours, even on weekends.

    There is always room for improvement. They could work faster. Also, they shouldn’t be hesitant to voice concerns that could impact the end result.
