SCOPE OF WORK:
- Improve Search Presence (SEO) for ZIMLAB.in : To enhance organic search rankings and increase website traffic, we will implement the following activities:
- On-Page Activities:Conduct keyword analysis and optimization focusing on a mix of 40 new long-tail and short-tail keywords.
- Optimize website meta data.
- Recommend new pages based on targeted keywords.
- Off-Page Activities:Submit classified ads, directory listings, and Web 2.0 content.
- Engage in article/blog submissions, social bookmarking, and social sharing.
- Promote images/videos through various submissions.
2. Content Creation & Marketing: We will create engaging blog content for ZIM Labs products and technology innovations at a rate of 2-3 articles per month:
- Two articles will focus on generic consumer topics.
- One article will highlight specific products/technology and their advantages.
- All articles will be syndicated on social media
3. Social Media Management: Our strategy includes a calendar-driven approach for organic engagement through regular posts, including:
- Updates on ZIM company news and events.
- Campaign-driven posts and holiday wishes.
- Technology and industry updates.
- We will provide 10 posts over a 6-month engagement for ZIMUNat and 10 monthly posts for ZIM’s social accounts.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The project is still ongoing as per goals mentioned previously. We have achieved the first 3 out of 5 goals and the management is quite satisfied with the outcome.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Both of our teams have single point of contacts (project managers) who connected on a daily basis for 10 min to quickly check on the deliverables and the timelines. If a delay or gap was felt it was immediately escalated.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They are very innovative and they can produce creative marketing ideas.
Are there any areas for improvement?
None that I can think of at this point of time!
