Their project manager always updated on whatever happened and exhibited uber professionalism in managing the tasks.

100% Transparency. Never over-promised to keep the project. In fact, though we missed our deadlines to give the data, their constant follow-ups helped us to ensure smooth and timely delivery. Their calm was always the same right from the start to the end.

We searched for local digital marketing companies in our area and shortlisted a few based on our requirements and the experience vendors had in our vertical. We benchmarked the shortlisted vendors based on submitted proposals and quotations.

The vendor’s scope of work includes revamping our website and executing content marketing across relevant digital marketing platforms. The team develops market-ready collateral in collaboration with our internal team, plans and executes paid campaigns on LinkedIn, and performs marketing functions on Google and other social channels.

We were given a dedicated account manager who deals with data collection and shares concepts for feedback and approvals. We have also been in touch with their marketing, branding, and communications employees.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve seen an improvement in the overall number of new visitors to our website and an increase in the time spent per page. In terms of SEO, our main services are visible on the top five pages of Google and Bing for major keyword searches. On our social channels, we’ve observed a 15–20% increase in the footfall and engagements on posts. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They plan and execute strategies smoothly. We haven’t faced many communication challenges with the vendor. They’ve submitted campaign ideas and executed them mostly within the expected timelines. The Go-To Guy! is open to receiving feedback, and they include our suggestions into campaigns ideas and execution strategies.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were most impressed with the vendor’s industry knowledge, which made the knowledge transfer very smooth and quick. While they’re a significantly new player in this game, the group is quite strong. They were always ready to pull in extra hours, even on weekends.

There is always room for improvement. They could work faster. Also, they shouldn’t be hesitant to voice concerns that could impact the end result.

We are a D2Ccompany and came across the agency after looking their website and decided to engage with them on 4 activities: 

1. Branding

• Branding: To develop brand playbook or brand guidelines that are mutually agreed 
• Website design: Design the flow, UI, UX, Product landing pages, Banners, content for the website that are mutually agreed

• Product Videos: To develop product video that are mutually agreed

1. They delivered Shoddy/incomplete work and once we made the full payment to my surprise completely abandoned the work 
2. They are only concerned about raising invoices and getting payments. If the payment is delayed you see difference in their attitudes 
3. They have zero understanding on any of the D2C topics and are unwilling to understand 
4. They don't have minimum ethics of finishing the project. 
5. While they helped us in developing the playbook for branding all the other activities like website design, packaging and product videos were never done. 
6. The website design they made wasn't user friendly and we couldn't launch it. We had to redo the entire website. 
7. They have zero idea on shopify themes and never ever suggested us about it. 
8. TGTG didn't even bother to develop content on the landing pages for the products(I had given them everything and asked to proof check which wasn't done too) 
9. They have negative idea on UI/UX design, CRO optimization. 
10. About packaging design: We stopped the work midway because they lacked basic understanding of packaging design. We abandoned the project midway and worked with others to finish it. They charged exorbitant money for it too. 
11. Product videos: Their product videos were basically a movie maker of all our still images. It's 3rd grade stuff. What did we achieve out of them: Only thing that we use is the logo and colors of the logo. Rest all we did it by ourselves and I am happy to share with others on what they submitted and what we implemented. Lastly these guys are exorbitant and are very unprofessional. All they bother is to raise invoices.

NOTHING is impressive about this company. WHat impresses me is their relentless attitude of raising invoices and submitting shoddy work time and again.

Get some ethics first Basic understanding of B2C business is required. COMPLETE THE PROJECT AT LEAST for namesake They developed a great story to sell themselves but request everyone not to fall prey to it like we did.

One of their bigger strengths is that a team is assigned to you, with each person bringing their particular skillset to the table and that comes through in terms of the work they put out. Their response time is extremely quick. And it is worth noting that they are very patient, which is needed when dealing with startups like mine because we do not necessarily have all the answers or solutions in place all the time. They are also open to feedback which I think is a real strength and they really work to align with you. In summary, they are extremely professional, yet somehow easy to approach/ talk to - rare combination.
