GNC Web had to design and develop a brand new e-commerce based website for event planning services in Greece. The key deliverables were a user friendly interface, customized to our target audience, a nice and specialized design, easy navigation and usability, as well as a focus in conversion of traffic into key metrics. They also were to suggest and integrate any useful and focused add-ons that would make our back office work quicker and the visitor experience better and easier.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The results really speak for themselves. Almost immediately, we noticed more people finding us online through search engines. The best part was seeing an increase in the number of potential clients actually reaching out to us through the website. Our analytics show a very encouraging increase in organic search traffic — in the range of 30%–40% — since the new site launched. More concretely, the inquiries coming through our website's contact form have noticeably gone up, and the quality is better. It's clear the new site is doing its job well. GNC Web has delivered on all our goals effectively.

Their project management has been very solid and straightforward. There have been no surprises, which is exactly what we want. GNC Web has set clear expectations from the start and hit all the key milestones when they said they would. The entire process has felt organized and reliable, which has made our part easy. We communicate via a project management app and emails.

What has stood out to us has been their consistent reliability. It’s rare to find a partner where the design, technical skill, and support are all at such a high level. The most unique thing has been how they feel like a true extension of our team. We never have to worry about our website, which is a huge peace of mind for us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, the project has been very smooth. If I were to think of something, slightly more frequent progress updates during the initial design phase would have been helpful, just to keep everyone even more in the loop. However, that's a very minor point. GNC Web has always been responsive whenever we have questions, and any small hiccups have been resolved quickly and professionally.
