I am the owner of Druff Interactive which is a design agency specialiazing in website design and development.

We decided to outsource the development of all our websites to an external agency in 2018 and we went through a few agencies before we started working with Globalia in April 2019 and we have been working with them ever since.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I went through a few other development agencies and had issues with project delivery. We tried Globalia and they were extremely professional and reliable from the beginning. My company gets approached on a daily basis by other dev agencies wanting to take over our development, but Globalia are reliable and deliver so there is no reason to fix something that isn't broken.

We have an in-house design team to create the designs and mockups of our websites and once the design is signed off by our clients we simply send the PSDs or XDs to Globalia, have a quick discussion around the functionality and they code our designs into functioning Wordpress websites. Sometimes there is custom development involved or plugin customisation and that's no problem for Globalia. They always find a solution.

We work on a daily basis with one of their website developers who works full time on our projects and occasionally we ask for another resource to work with us when the need arises. On company related queries I speak directly to the CEO of Globalia who is always approachable and keen to help and resolve any issues.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Globalia always meet our expectations at the end of a website project and if I am not fully satisfied with anything they re-work any tasks until I am satisfied.

My entire company work on a project and time capturing software called Paymo and our Globalia developer uses the system like one of our employees. We use Skype for communication throughout the day.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are reliable and always find a solution to any bugs or challenges that arise.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We worked well with Globalia right from the beginning in a times when it is challenging to outsource entire departments, but it has worked well for us.

We were seeking a full stack development firm that could develop and support a NoSQL DB environment, NodeJS, Angular JS and React Native. We were looking for the ability to scale up and down resources as necessary based upon the needs of the business.

The software as a service platform serves a global community of sales professionals providing resources and connection. The platform was developed to provide a single source of data with views on web and via iPhone and Android.

Globalia Soft delivered the project as promised. The road was not always smooth, as is the case with any bespoke solution, but they have kept their commitments and operated with integrity.

We searched this vendor through a quotation process, and they provided extremely strong expertise, professionalism at a very competitive price.

We had a series of discovery meetings based on our wireframes provided and documentation of our existing backend server based on an XAMPP stack, with the app serving purely as a frontend to our existing backend stack,

A developer was provided to us to work directly with us in implementing the frontend and intregrating to APIs provided. He acted as a crucial member of our team during the project.

Good, effective and timely. Daily updates at the end of the day regarding project status on Slack was highly appreciated.

I'm impressed with their technical skills and execution of the wireframe design.

Communication about the limitations of React Native could be clearer.
