Within 5 months the app was launched and IDAP were very fast to fix any bugs that became apparent. We have had very good feedback and reviews to date of the new app and we will continue to work with IDAP to improve the features within the app

Very effective. Our project manager was always on hand to have a call with us in addition to the weekly meetings where we were updated on the progress of the development.
