Measurable outcomes included the completion and implementation of website and WordPress SEO updates, the creation and publication of video content for YouTube and Instagram (including scripting and optimization), improvements to website usability, and the addition of a chat feature to make it easier for potential clients to contact the firm. Consistent content development and improved internal marketing infrastructure over the course of the engagement.
