Their project management was generally responsive and collaborative. They understood our requirements, incorporated feedback, and made revisions based on our needs. However, some deliverables took longer than initially expected, particularly during the design and finalization stages. Overall, they were responsive and cooperative throughout the project.

The main area for improvement would be timely delivery. Clearer timelines, more frequent progress updates, and faster revisions would make the overall process more efficient.
