BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of an upscale residential construction company, specializing in ground up construction and remodels of waterfront and cliffside properties.

For what projects/services did your company hire Glenn Website Design, and what were your goals?

I hired Glenn Website Design to design, build and host a professional website to showcase my companies vision, construction processes, and quality of construction expected from upper end clientele.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I placed an ad on LinkedIn, and received applications of interest from a large amount of website designers.

Glenn presented himself as a well informed website designer, and proved his worthiness each step of the way. He is very transparent with the build of the website, and runs specific tests to maintain speed and fluidity throughout the site.

His work is high end, his communication is on point, and the result was a very informative and professional website. His fees are extremely fair, and the quality of his work is top notch.

You will not be disappointed, or feel misled AT ALL. He is a very nice guy, and is a great communicator. Just give him alittle bit to go off of, and then just sit back and watch the magic happen.

Glenn and I had (1) original meeting over the phone to explain what it was exactly that I was requesting in detail. He sent me a few emails requesting pictures or wording that I wanted him to build around. And then he went to work.

He took the information that I supplied, completed extensive research himself, and designed a beautiful, user friendly website that has produced only positive feedback from all who have visited.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Everyone who has visited the site has asked who did this for me, how much he charged, and wanted his contact information. You won’t be disappointed

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Glenn communicated with me every step, along the way. Sent emails explaining what had been completed, and attached ‘testing’ results to show me. And whenever I asked him to make an adjustment, it was done the same day, with a confirmation and included additional test results showing the outcome of the changes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their thoroughness, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and no-sense professionalism were impressive. He truly delivered what he promised, at the cost that we had agreed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Still to this day, I have zero complaints. I asked for a few small adjustments to specific wording and layout a couple weeks after completion. And he made those corrections without a problem, and without further cost. He truly is a professional, and will 100% build you a quality website. Thanks Glenn 👍🏼
