QMoney is a Financial Consultants that deals primarily with pensions and pension release. I work as office administrator and customer services manager and liaise directly with Glassfull media on the campaign.

For what projects/services did your company hire Glassfull Media?

We hired Glassfull Media to create an ad campaign on Google and Social that would increase our monthly leads/sales. Glassfull also looked after any website changes and updates as required.

What were your goals for this project?

The overall goal of the campaign was to increase genuine enquiries coming into the office, both by phone and via email. This would in turn would generate sales, leading to life long customers with the company.

How did you select Glassfull Media?

We analysed the market and digital agencies operating at the time of selection. We chose Glassfull Media based on the cost for value they offered. The director of the company made the final decision.

At the beginning of the relationship with Glassfull Media, we had several meetings in order to outline our ultimate goals and objectives for the campaign. Glassfull Media helped align our goals by careful implementation on both the website and ads.

As the Financial Industry can often use quite technical terminology and may not be easily understood, we worked well with Glassfull to ensure we sent across a clear message on both the website and through ad placements.

We offered our own material to Glassfull and we were impressed with their implementation and delivery of same.

We have only liaised with John in relation to our campaigns.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since beginning our work with Glassfull, we have noticed a significant increase in calls and data enquiries from prospective clients. There was an evident increase between our first weekly analytics report to our reports three months later.

We are much busier now as we were prior to engaging with Glassfull. Glassfull have undoubtedly exceeded our expectations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We found John in Glassfull Media to be an excellent communicator throughout the campaign. He kept us up to date of any changes that were being implemented and he regularly scheduled calls and meetings to discuss campaign progress.

After each call he would send across summaries and updates so that everyone was on the same page. Any feedback or changes we asked for were handled right away.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was very impressed by how quickly Glassfull adapted to any changes or requests we made. John talked us through everything, offered us solutions to any problems we had and advised us if something could be done or if it couldn't be done and outlined the reasons why.

John communicated with us well and regularly. While we felt we were beginning the process slowly, John managed our expectations and advised that we would arrive to the desired outcome eventually, and we did.

Are there any areas for improvement?

While we were initially frustrated with the process, finding it to take much longer than anticipated, we found that quality most certainly outweighs quantity and are delighted with the stage we are at now in the campaign.

Website was delivered to our specifications and requirements to a very high standard.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

Communication was mainly done by e-mail and few calls. All our timelines were delivered on time. Very flexible and fast response from John.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive was our website design and customisation. Everything throughout the project was explained and communicated accordingly, with no surprises or additional costs. We have very little experience in web design and were guided through the process.

Nothing comes in mind.

As a fast growing agency, Glassfull Media needed to partner with a consultant in order to fulfill customers demand and facilitate their expansion. I was able to come in and join the Glassfull Team and start work right away to help with their expansion.

To come in and work with the team who needed immediate support.

How did you select this vendor?

I met with John who was head of the Glassfull Media team, we talked through the requirements for the project down to the exact details for each campaign and client. This was important so that both parties were clear on the project scope so that we could move forward quickly.

Glasfull media hired me to come in and no account management and campaign setup. The services included; Google Ads setup and management, Google Analytics management and audits, Content writing and ebook design, and Website updating.

What was the team composition?

The Glassfull Media team was lead by John who was an extremely efficient and approachable team leader. All the tasks and processes were very clearly identified and organised, and managed through Slack and trello. I had to work with other employees on specific tasks.

I was able to support the Glassfull team with their expansion and ensure that the service delivery was keep to the high standards.

Project management was easy and streamlined. We used Trello to manage tasks, which also has a bunch of educational notes to help with the process itself, And then we used Slack to communicate on project updates.
