They updated the app's interface making it appealing and engaging.

Team changed the app's architecture so it started to handle the increasing number of users.

The app was improved to provide up-to-the-minute flight tracking and timely notifications.

They designed user-friendly and intuitive screens for users with different user experience. As a result we got an iOS application with the functionality:

• Real-time flight tracking on an interactive map, showcasing routes and current positions.
• Presented flight information, including aircraft details, flight duration, delays, and more.
• Customizable notifications to alert users about important flight updates such as delays or departures.
• Document storage capabilities for users to attach tickets, certificates, and essential documents.

The project was managed by a tech team lead and it was great. The team met all commitments targeting our company objectives.

• Custom development of complicated web system including native iOS and Android applications, admin panel, AI algorithms and DEVOPS service. 
• Produced within the specified timeframe, an operational MVP with fully integrated features. 
• The variance from the initially projected work was 3%. Following the release and user testing of the MVP over the subsequent two months, Gilzor introduced supplementary functionalities. 
• The most recent iteration of the software encompasses: the capability to capture brief videos, sorting of photos and videos, collaborative editing features, and facial recognition technology.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After reviewing the designs, the team prioritized MVP functionality, developed SRS documentation, and created the development roadmap. As a result, we got a stable application on time and initially had the functionality: 

• Personal account creation; 
• Possibility to add photos. 
• Integration with phone gallery via API. 
• Implementing categorization - folder creation capabilities; 
• Ability to invite friends and share photos with them. 

The app had a system of users and roles using a database on AWS; In-app camera availability. Integration with iOS and Android Camera through API (Amazon Recognition). The development of the MVP included the following processes: Front-end development, Back-end development, and Mobile development.

The team was requested to stabilize the existing app and scale it. Gilzor fixed technical issues such as an outdated codebase and numerous bugs that made user experience poor. They faced difficulties while searching for a product. As the app was available in multiple countries with different languages, regulations, and product assortments, it was crucial to make the app scalable to accommodate these variations.
The team also implemented new features to meet the demand for online ordering and delivery services, contributing to the app's growth.

The development process management was great, though the team wasn’t big. The whole process was transparent and in a positive environment. We had regular demos and reports. The team was always in touch and responded quickly to our requests and messages.

• During their work, the team was challenged a couple of times. I appreciate a proactive approach and strong tech management, as well as a positive attitude, that helped to find and implement beautiful solutions. The app needed to handle: integration with multiple stores;

• handling different API versions; 
• designing a user-friendly navigation and sorting; 
• supporting varied functionality as requirements of different drug stores;

The app focuses on providing real-time data about severe weather in the USA and Canada, and their team did an outstanding job creating a reliable and user-friendly experience.

The interface is intuitive and engaging, while the backend efficiently processes and delivers up-to-date information. Gilzor's work has greatly improved our ability to provide timely and critical data to our users. We're very satisfied with the results and the professionalism they demonstrated throughout the project.

• They designed a user-friendly and intuitive interface for a weather app, implementing both the front-end and back-end (including integrations with multiple weather data providers). As a result, we developed an iOS application with the following functionality: 
  • Real-time and location-based severe weather data on an interactive map.
  • Weather forecasts, animated weather maps, and severe weather alerts with customizable settings.
  • Different types of push notifications for all our user segments.
• They managed to keep a high app performance even while displaying numerous interactive weather data points on the map.

Highly skilled engineers: Despite the limited time, the app's performance was exceptional. We did not encounter any medium or severe issues, and just couple of minor ones. The app architecture is scalable and can handle rapid increases in usage.
