What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since Gigantic Digital Growth returned, the results have been very clear and measurable. They resumed working with us in June 2026, at a time when we had been experiencing a negative trend compared to previous years. The impact was relatively quick: by July, we had managed to stop that decline. In August, we achieved the best August in our history, and September is currently on track to become our strongest September ever.We’re also seeing significant improvements across our digital acquisition funnel, including lead generation, cost efficiency, campaign performance, website conversions, and, most importantly, student enrollments.There’s also an important historical context. We had previously worked with Gigantic Digital Growth from 2019–2024, a period that coincided with the strongest growth phase in our history. In 2024, as part of a pilot project, we decided to bring digital marketing in-house, but the results fell well below our expectations, and we gradually lost momentum.Bringing Gigantic Digital Growth back has produced measurable results in a relatively short period. For us, the most important outcome is not simply generating more leads but turning marketing investment into actual student enrollments and putting our company back on a sustainable growth path.More than simply increasing the volume of leads, one of the most significant improvements has been the quality of the leads we’re generating. August was the best August in our history, and September is also on track to become our strongest September ever.At this stage, these record enrollment levels are more meaningful than providing an approximate percentage that may not yet be representative. We’re also seeing a clear improvement in the quality of the leads we receive, which is ultimately translating into stronger enrollment results.Since we resumed working with Gigantic Digital Growth, the indicators related to lead quality have improved very significantly. We’ve doubled our CTR, visitor-to-lead conversion rate, and lead-to-enrollment conversion rate. At the same time, we’re reducing both our cost per lead and our customer acquisition cost (CAC).For us, this combination is particularly important because it shows that the improvement is not simply about generating more traffic or more leads. We searched for a digital marketing company with a holistic approach that could learn how our business operated, the landscape of our sector and adapt to our needs on a regular basis. There weren't many companies that gave us the confidence that they did. Gigantic has been able to fulfil our changing needs and adapt when needed.

First we rebuilt our website from scratch in a very collaborative manner as it required lots of work from both parts. Gigantic guided us on content development to direct our efforts towards SEO. Following the website they built a digital strategy with a focus on google ads and also Facebook+Instagram and we reviewed it together and pre-approved the campaigns for many months. Every month we meet to fine-tune campaigns and launch additional content and review performance.

We worked with the CEO, account manager, copywriter and 1 analyst. At any given time we work with max 4 people from Gigantic.

We reached a recurring monthly influx of nearly 200 leads (80% paid) and our website traffic just surpassed 2000 organic monthly views (before was in the 100s). Our appointment booking waiting lists went from 1-2 weeks to 2-3 months. For perspective, that represents nearly 25% of our monthly appointment bookings.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. Their response and implementation rate are fast. We meet regularly once a month for performance review and perhaps 1x phone call a week. this is the case since we have reached a cruise control level. In the beginning we were meeting 1x every week plus calls every week.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ability to understand our business model and the detailed approach that we required. being a private-health practice, we are regulated at different levels and require a very careful approach to marketing. Gigantic was able to adapt to that.

As they grow, they should segment their teams into sectors. having a private health team for example, focused exclusively on clinics like ours or private hospitals. having people with experience or access to people in the industry (consultants) that could review everything and build content for the customer directly. In fact, they have tried to do that recently and presented to us a solution but was a bit too expensive.
