In a first phase, Gigantic's work consisted of:

1. Conducting an analysis of technical issues on the website such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel;
2. Analyzing the website to gather information on the most visited pages, the most effective campaigns, the number of unique visitors, and the number of registered sessions.
3. Defining the target audience: their interests, location, and the devices they use to consume the internet;
4. Identifying direct competitors; In a second phase, Gigantic's work consisted of:
5. Developing and implementing the annual paid media strategy based on the brand's promotional plans through:
   • Selecting the most effective media for generating digital traffic as opposed to generating impressions (such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, Google Display, and local and national media such as sapo.pt);
   • Refining segmentation in terms of geo-location and alignment with objectives and campaigns;
   • Permanent optimization of campaigns and weekly performance monitoring;
   • Monthly meetings to evaluate results and suggest changes to the strategy.
6. The defined objectives were to increase overall website traffic in terms of users and pageviews, and this value was generated through two ways - organic and paid media.

In 2021, a total of 1,021,600 users and 2,335,571 pageviews were recorded. In 2022, with the same investment, there was an 18% increase in users (1,205,789) and a 25% increase in pageviews (2,916,018).

Considering the same investment from 2022 for the year 2023, Gigantic's objective is to increase users and pageviews by 10% compared to last year.

The teams have a close contact, so speak with each other when was necessary. Gigantic was an extension of our team, always available and and committed to achieving the goals that were defined. Also we've monthly meetings in order to evaluate results and to analyse if it was necessary to make changes to the strategy.

Technical knowledge and high professionalism. But above all a proactive attitude and always looking to improve, experimenting innovative ways

Private Ophthalmology clinic focused. I'm the COO and oversee all company departments.

We had to find a way to attract more patients and increase the number of ophthalmology appointments and surgeries.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for a digital marketing company with a holistic approach that could learn how our business operated, the landscape of our sector and adapt to our needs on a regular basis. There weren't many companies that gave us the confidence that they did. Gigantic has been able to fulfil our changing needs and adapt when needed.

First we rebuilt our website from scratch in a very collaborative manner as it required lots of work from both parts. Gigantic guided us on content development to direct our efforts towards SEO. Following the website they built a digital strategy with a focus on google ads and also Facebook+Instagram and we reviewed it together and pre-approved the campaigns for many months. Every month we meet to fine-tune campaigns and launch additional content and review performance.

We worked with the CEO, account manager, copywriter and 1 analyst. At any given time we work with max 4 people from Gigantic.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We reached a recurring monthly influx of nearly 200 leads (80% paid) and our website traffic just surpassed 2000 organic monthly views (before was in the 100s). Our appointment booking waiting lists went from 1-2 weeks to 2-3 months. For perspective, that represents nearly 25% of our monthly appointment bookings.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. Their response and implementation rate are fast. We meet regularly once a month for performance review and perhaps 1x phone call a week. this is the case since we have reached a cruise control level. In the beginning we were meeting 1x every week plus calls every week.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ability to understand our business model and the detailed approach that we required. being a private-health practice, we are regulated at different levels and require a very careful approach to marketing. Gigantic was able to adapt to that.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As they grow, they should segment their teams into sectors. having a private health team for example, focused exclusively on clinics like ours or private hospitals. having people with experience or access to people in the industry (consultants) that could review everything and build content for the customer directly. In fact, they have tried to do that recently and presented to us a solution but was a bit too expensive.
