- The Nooba development has 518 units and is located in Barreiro on the south bank of Lisbon.
- Barreiro has not had any new real estate projects of scale for over 20 years.
- The development is located 45 mins drive from lisbon and about 20 mins by boat.
- Barreiro has a very negative connotation in Lisbon and was not seen as an option.
The Answer:
-ongoing public relations work Nooba + Municipality positioning the city as an alternative to Lisbon in the context of telecommuting and changing work and transport habits.
- totally differentiated digital campaign for residents of the south bank, lisbon and expat markets, with totally distinct arguments (ex: space for the family at an affordable price, vs living in the best of the south bank).
- differentiated communication according to the stage in the purchasing journey, from a feeling of wanting to move, through effective search, to comparison of options.
- continuous study of conversion rates with the objective of improving the website and different campaigns and landing pages for different targets.
The Results
Results:
- high notoriety especially with inhabitants of the south bank positioning the development effectively as one of the best projects of the south bank;
- more than 50 news and links for the website nooba in the first month (Expresso, Forbes, Idealista, ...) and 60 thousand monthly users
- more than 2000 leads generated through the digital media in the first two months of the campaign, with a distribution similar to the investment made in each target;
- fulfilment of initial booking goals, and more than 10 million euros in sales in the first two months.
