Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Discovery - in depth evaluation of existing Salesforce CRM instance, workflows, staff usage, and requirements. Deliverables included:

• Detailed project proposal, including recommendation for transitioning to a new instance using Salesforce NPSP
• Project timeline 
• Project budget quote 

CRM Setup - Auditing and preparing data from the old Salesforce instance for import into Salesforce NPSP. This required a hefty amount of "untangling" amongst donations and financials, as well as relationship tracking. Deliverables included:

• Organization Data Map - a flow chart showing the various sources of data across the organization, and what systems they feed into.
• Object and Field Audit - spreadsheets outlining every single field within every single object for audit. Quite literally every single field - for us, well over 500 - were evaluated one-by-one.

Data Migration - moving the appropriate data from the old Salesforce instance into the new Salesforce NPSP instance.

Deliverable: nearly 20 years of data cleanly imported into our new instance!

Training & Documentation

• Documentation of "Old Salesforce" vs Salesforce NPSP - how objects and fields have been translated and/or transformed between the two instances
• Ongoing "office hours" for hands-on staff training
• Collaboration with staff on workflow creation and updates

• Met all project milestones on schedule or ahead of schedule
• Remained within or under budget for each category of work
• Increased efficiencies for existing workflows while new ones were being built

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Anna & Janelle were exceptionally thorough and clear in all communications, and responses were always received in a timely manner. The team always felt invested in and connected to the work - it never once felt like our requests or needs were of issue. Patience and grace was given to our team regularly, while still helping us maintain internal timelines and budgets; we received regular updates on our remaining budgeted hours, and full transparency in how every billed hour was used.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Giant Rabbit is the most human tech-focused company I could have the pleasure of working with. Every member of the staff has an authentic warmth and kindness in their communication that extends to the work they do. They have a true understanding of organizational and team dynamics, as well as the nuance of nonprofits and their limited budgets. In addition to being non-profit focused, they have extensive experience working with arts and culture organizations which was very important to us. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Giant Rabbit LLC could have done differently?

I do not have any constructive feedback for Giant Rabbit at this time - it has been truly a joy and a breeze to work with Anna, Janelle, and the GR team.
