Creator monetization platform. It's designed to help independent creators — videographers, filmmakers, educators, and content creators — turn their skills and content into income.
The platform offers tools for publishing and selling online courses, masterclasses, and video content, setting up subscription tiers, gating premium content, and connecting directly with audiences through integrated messaging and content feeds. It also supports media uploads, Telegram integrations, and multiple payment methods with instant payouts.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The primary measurable outcome was the successful delivery of a fully functional creator monetization platform from the ground up. Giant Leap Lab built and shipped a production-ready product that includes course publishing, subscription management, gated content, integrated messaging, Telegram integration, and multi-method payments with instant payouts. The platform is live, stable, and actively serving creators. Additionally, as our product vision evolved significantly during development, the team adapted through multiple iterations without derailing the timeline or budget — which in itself is a measurable indicator of their reliability and flexibility.

Giant Leap Lab's project management was strong and responsive throughout the engagement. They maintained clear communication and were always available when we needed them. What stood out most was their adaptability — our product vision evolved significantly from the original concept, and they adjusted seamlessly, rebuilding features as our product-market fit became clearer. Despite these shifts, they kept development moving forward without losing momentum. Their senior engineers were hands-on and proactive, often solving problems before they became blockers. They felt less like an external vendor managing tasks and more like an embedded team managing outcomes.

Giant Leap Lab's amazing team has been helping us building the most of our complicated front end solutions using different modern technologies as flutter and react.js. Our goal was at first to get a bit more resources from foreign developers, but it turned out to be much more. This led to a long-term cooperation.

At first we started cooperating as part-time, but as time went on, it became clearer that this team is doing amazing job, has a super great vibe and they are very accurate in time tracking, planning, delivering and coding.

The scope of our projects has been endless. We are still adding new features every month and building game changing start-ups together. Main technologies and frameworks we are using together are Flutter (dart), React.js (Javascript) and Laravel (PHP).

We have been able to integrate and implement a lot of integrations and custom made design to our projects which has been helping us to onboard hundreds of thousands users around World to our platforms.

The project management worked out and still is working great. Communication between our team and vendor's team is always concrete, detailed and effective.

The most impressive thing is their team can solve any obstacle you can imagine in software development.

As we have many backends done by ourselves in Java, we are hoping to hear that they can start helping us in Java development as well in future.

We had discussion about the project last year. They listened to everything we wanted in the website. They did their researches for quite good time. Their suggestions of the technology to use was the best in the market. To get the best out of it, I usually draw what I want them to do, they make it even better. Giant Leap makes sure that every code they write is flawless. You may see many random tests, that to make sure your product works very well and you can monetize it.

We're still soft launching but the results are promising. They are always on time for any feedback by our clients. They make the changes we need as soon as possible.

We needed a custom tool in order to handle and forecast our client's budgeting needs.

What were your goals for this project?

We aimed to be able to forecast IT project costs, per budget line, per department and cost center for at least 5 years and to be able to compare forecast vs actual numbers.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We did an RFP from both freelancers and other companies and asked for technical questions as well as questions of logic and project management. Giant Leap was by far our first choice, despite not being the cheapest vendor, quality/price ratio was very competitive.

We had their developers working jointly with our internal teams and our internal project managers in order to develop commonly a budgeting tool that would provide all the features we neeeded to give visibility and predictability to our clients.

What was the team composition?

We worked mainly with Andrey who was taking on most coding with his team and managing the technical side of the project also with our our developers.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our clients were thrilled to have such a good view into the future of their finances. Some clients were so thrilled by the tool that they wanted it to be adapted from IT budgets to all their operational budgets in order to have the same predictability in all their departments.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Technical project management was flawless, perfect communication and always on time. Andrey has been on top of things and our colleagues really enjoyed working with him.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

It is easy to over promess and often, to underdeliver. With Giant leap you can count on two things: 1- They stick to their word when they say they will deliver and provide you the support you need. 2- Quality is where you expect it to be: in usability and stability.

The flexibility, ease of communication, great value, and talented developers that are able to think critically and come up with novel solutions to difficult tasks. I highly recommend this team for any development tasks.

Since Giant Leap Lab is so good, they have a lot of clients and sometimes get busy! So try to schedule with them in advance when possible.
