Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We have worked with Ghost Agency on dozens of projects over the years.  This particular project, for Google Cloud, involved many layers of concepting, design and production.  We worked with the Ghost team to develop creative concepts for large-scale experiential installations in Google Cloud's headquarters in Sunnyvale.  Ghost worked with us to design visuals in 2D and 3D of physical spaces, which included activations like full-scale vehicles, LED curtains, a technology "tree" showcase, 30-foot LED walls, and industry vignettes in healthcare, manufacturing, supply chain, retail, finance, AI and sustainability.  The Ghost team then built the 3D model for the vision of the entire 100,000 foot space, which became a guide for project stakeholdes and fabrication teams.  The Ghost team also produced interactive content for several industry demos, including extremely detailed two-layer animations for a transparent screen hologram simulation.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This project for Google Cloud won the "Best in Class" award three years in a row from the Association of Briefing Program Managers.  Google Cloud has brought thousands of clients, generating billions of dollars in revenue, to the center for experiential tours of our work.

The Ghost team is extremely responsive, and available for regular status check-ins and updates.  They are extremely communicative in their deliverables progress, and very willing to go the extra mile to deliver on time.

I’m the COO of Myriad Genetics, a molecular diagnostics company that helps guide treatment decisions and improve patient care across various medical specialties.

What challenge were you trying to address with Ghost Agency?

We needed help creating our first website to enable lead generation and reach millions of patients and providers treating mental illness in the US.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ghost Agency has designed, implemented, and provided ongoing support for our Genesight.com website and lead generation funnel. The team has also partnered with our internal marketing, sales, and operations teams and our external PR firm and other agencies. Ghost Agency has been responsible for content creation, technical development, design, and ongoing modifications and support.

We’ve worked with 6–10 teammates from Ghost Agency.

Someone referred Ghost Agency to us. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, a great culture fit, good value for cost, aligned company values, and expertise in the area we needed.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Ghost Agency in January 2016, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since we started working with Ghost Agency, the Genesite product has been used by over three million people. Our website is seen by over two million people annually, and we create over 100,000 patient leads and over 20,000 provider leads on an annual basis. Our website, cost per lead, and conversion numbers have been measured multiple times by world-class companies and have been considered best in class.Overall, all of our classic digital measures have improved, including impressions, website visits, time on page, A/B testing, number of leads, cost per lead, and lead conversion to order. Our patient lead conversion is close to 15%, and our provider lead conversion is over 30%. This project has been a highlight in my career and directly impacts hundreds of thousands of people struggling with mental illness annually.

Ghost Agency always delivers on time. They communicate clearly and effectively regarding deliverables, check-ins, and due dates. We communicate via in-person and virtual meetings.

Ghost Agency handled many items end to end, from the idea to the creative execution. They did a range of deliverables, including website, TV, brand strategy, experiential pilot, and print across brands.

We saw significant brand growth for the key pillars of our partnership . We also saw double-digit lead growth, which was sustained and translated into increased revenue.
