Training Register centralises training records, tracks competency across the workforce, and helps ensure the right people are qualified for the job.

Both products are built with a straightforward, intuitive design that works seamlessly in the office or on-site. This focused, digital approach has helped over 2,000 organisations improve safety, save time, and enhance readiness for accreditations and contract bids.

In 2025 HSI acquired HandsHQ to strengthen its suite of EHSQ management solutions.

Beyond direct revenue, launching LinkedIn Ads also increased overall brand visibility, which contributed to a rise in organic inbound and revenue.

I’m the head of marketing at an ITSM and CRM platform. We offer a customizable all-in-one platform that combines help desk, ITSM, and CRM features to streamline business operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs, with rapid implementation and dedicated support.

We needed support to increase brand awareness and get new leads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Getuplead supports our marketing team with LinkedIn ads campaigns. Once we shared our ICP, they helped us identify the best campaign objective to reach our different goals and define the assets needed (video, image, ebook, etc.). 
The Getuplead team provides suggestions on the creatives to be provided, advises if changes need to be made, and controls budget spending. Getuplead is also good at showing us examples and coming up with ideas on other message angles we can test.In terms of deliverables, Getuplead creates copy, designs creatives, sets up campaigns, and manages reporting.

We work mostly with one teammate from Getuplead.

We found them through an online search. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget, and they were specialized in SaaS.

We started working with them in November 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

Getuplead has generated 40 leads in six months.

How did Getuplead perform from a project management standpoint?

Getuplead delivers on time. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Getuplead is proactive and comes up with many ideas on content we can create.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We have many campaigns running and have created various CTAs and ebooks, so it gets confusing sometimes to understand what's running and what isn't. 
As our campaigns are currently run only in Italian for the local market, the traslation process (english to italian) of the copy makes the entire process a bit complicated as sometimes the translation does not fit in the dedicated spaces, or it sounds better in English. In the future we should be running campaign in English so I hope the process will be smoother.
