I’m the head of acquisition and growth at INXY Payments, a multi-currency payment platform that enables businesses to accept, send, and exchange crypto and fiat currencies. We offer automated payouts, low-fee exchanges, and compliance tools for seamless crypto adoption.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Getsally?

We needed help building a scalable outbound channel. Before Getsally, we relied entirely on conferences and founder networking and were honestly skeptical that cold outreach could work for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Getsally has taken over our outbound pipeline end-to-end. They handle everything from research and targeting to writing the outreach, running campaigns across multiple channels, qualifying responses, and booking meetings. We get weekly updates, and the pipeline is fully transparent. The team is also quick to adjust when something isn’t working.

Primarily, Getsally runs campaigns on LinkedIn and email. What’s impressive is how they handle the messaging. They don’t just write one pitch and send it to everyone. Instead, they look at how much volume a company processes and tailor the offer around that. High-volume companies get personalized commission terms, companies already using other payment providers get a different angle around compliance, and marketplaces get their own approach around volume-based pricing. The team is also smart about filtering out companies that aren’t ready to integrate so that we don’t waste calls on people who can’t move forward.

How did you come to work with Getsally?

Someone referred Getsally to us. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, their company values aligned with ours, and they had great recommendations from people in our industry.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Getsally in April 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Getsally has generated 10–30 qualified meetings every month, and that’s been consistent. We’ve closed our first deals within the first two months of working together. Overall, our outbound channel has gone from zero to a real revenue channel for us. Before Getsally, we literally had no pipeline from cold outreach. Now, it’s a predictable source of new business every month. The conversion from meeting to deal is solid, too. In fact, it’s not far from what we see from warm introductions, which says a lot.

How did Getsally perform from a project management standpoint?

Getsally’s project management is really smooth. We have weekly syncs where they walk us through what’s running, what’s working, and what they want to test next. The team always comes prepared, so it’s never a “so what should we do” kind of call. If we give feedback or want to adjust something, it’s usually live by the next campaign cycle. Moreover, they’re quick to respond in between calls, too. We’ve never had to chase them for anything. Overall, it feels more like working with an internal team than an external agency.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Getsally’s data work is impressive. We didn’t expect that cold outreach could be this targeted. Before Getsally, I always associated it with mass blasting and low response rates. Moreover, the team just executes really well. They don’t drop the ball or need reminders; they just get things done. That combination is rare.
