Their main tasks include email handling, travel arrangements, calendar management, meetings with team members, report summarization, and organization. More specifically, they manage my inbox, keep a record of my invoices, ensure I attend my meetings, and handle construction and travel documents.

Thanks to Get Ninja - Virtual Assistant's work, our work has become more manageable, and we've saved a lot on physical recruitment. Our company expenses and losses have dropped 20%–35%, and I'm very happy with the work. Although we still have a lot to do every day, it's now manageable.

How did Get Ninja - Virtual Assistant perform from a project management standpoint?

Get Ninja - Virtual Assistant is always reachable and delivers on time. They have internal monitoring and reporting, so I don't have to worry about them not working. I also get their reports at the end of the day and gentle reminders of my pending tasks so that I don't skip them. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed by the fact that we don't have to supervise their work. Once they're done, they come back asking for more work on their own initiative.
