The team is broad-based and the results are excellent. The technology stack is modern, the code quality is extremely high and the infrastructure runs stable. No matter if it is "classic" mobile and web development or highly customized use cases.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Slack & Asana. Communication is easy and uncomplicated via slack, email or phone (even on weekends and holidays). All participants speak fluent English, Pawel even perfect German.
