I think the best measure of success is that our product is currently used by hundreds of companies and that it is constantly being improved and developed in line with customer expectations and market changes.

The project has been implemented in accordance with the Agile philosophy from the beginning. Project and resource management is carried out at the highest level in Gecko-Lab, and the best recommendation is that our companies are constantly cooperating with each other.

I think that a rather unique feature is the stable composition of the development team. People who work on our project have been doing it for years and as a result have a very extensive knowledge of it, which translates into quality and a fast pace of development.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Gecko-Lab could have done differently?

At the moment, I can't think of anything specific on this topic. Our cooperation is basically exemplary and I don't think there are any areas that we could improve or reorganize. Both parties are very satisfied with the cooperation and intend to continue it.
