I'm the co-founder and CEO of Sunscrapers - a software development company specialising in web applications.

For what projects/services did your company hire mits?

Most of our in-house team is composed of software engineers, that's why we partner with mits on projects that require web or mobile design competences. They seamlessly join our team, extend our capacity and skillset and participate in activities such as design workshops or UX and UI design.

What were your goals for this project?

We've worked together on dozens of projects for different clients and platforms so each time our goals were slightly different. Most often we required a complete UX/UI design, sometimes preceded by an audit.

How did you select this vendor?

I've came across Mits (known as Mustang Marketing at that time) many years ago and was impressed by the quality of their work. Later, I've met one of the founders in person and decided to hire them for our first project.

We've worked together on landing pages, corporate sites, web and mobile applications mostly for UK/US clients.

We usually worked with 1-2 designers in a given project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A lot of our portfolio projects were designed with Mits' help - clients always appreciated the designs, came back to use our services and referred us to their acquaintances.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was pretty much seamless. We've used the same tools, followed the same routines, met with clients when needed. Mits very flexible and effective in that aspect, our clients often couldn't tell the difference between our and Mits team members.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Mits is always there, when we need them. They are very flexible in adapting to our needs and timelines and were always able to help with just the right level of support, just in time (even when early notice was not possible). Moreover, they've got great design talent and can also help with web development, which is a very helpful extension of our in-house services. All in all, Mits is a solid partner with a very good value for money.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I wish we were based in the same town so we could meet more frequently!

Creating and developing of graphical interface for our corporate website. Designing and creating the functional structure and all necessary components for managing product's and customer's databases interfacing with the website. Optimizing engines and modules responsible for fast responsiveness of the website.

The project team had a few people responsible for separate parts of the project. There is dedicated contact person assigned for our project. Depending on specific inquiries or needs, we are also contacting directly to person in charge of the particular works related to our inquiry.

There was implemented some specific interfaces and forms into our website, to make communication easy and effective. This part of project improved significantly information flow between customers and relevant departments.

Project management is performed well due to good and efficient tools used for managing and monitoring the status and project details.

They have professional skills in the scope of graphical design, programming, and designing a web page interface.
