As a result of the project, we've achieved greater network reliability, fewer service interruptions, and improved system performance. Additionally, our security and infrastructure management processes have become more efficient, supporting more consistent and stable operations. We've seen a measurable reduction in downtime and improved system responsiveness, along with more consistent network performance and fewer service interruptions overall. We've observed an estimated reduction in downtime in the range of 15–20%. System responsiveness has also improved, with faster load times and fewer service interruptions compared to the previous baseline.

How did GB Wise perform from a project management standpoint?

GB Wise has demonstrated strong project management throughout the collaboration, maintaining clear communication and a well-structured approach.
