Please describe your company and your position there.

Am the co-founder of a Food Industry Startup. We have developed a premium gourmet condiment, a specialty hot sauce to be precise, and planned to take this to the market in Switzerland and the EU.

For what projects/services did your company hire Gant Media, and what were your goals?

We retained the services of Gant Media for the following purpose: - To develop a branding strategy for our product and to assist with the launch, specifically digital communication, of our product into the market place (EU and Switzerland)

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Gant Media was recommended to us by friends and company founders from the Crypto Currency World

For our product, and the subsequently planned product range, as well as for the company as a whole,  we needed to:

• To define the branding architecture.
• To design logos, product packaging.
• To generate social media content and execute a social media campaign to assist with the launch of our initial flagship product.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked predominantly with the head of the Agency himself, Kasper. Some of the agencies work for our brand has likely been contributed to by other employees or contractors, but Kasper was has been our main contact.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The initial delivery was stunning new product logo and company design, which is evident to anyone looking at the TUFOsauce.com page. Gant Media then took it upon themselves to drive the SoMe strategy and content development on Facebook, LinkeIn (platforms selected by us)later also Instagram, where using Kickstarter as our initial launch platform, we raised 50% funding in the first 3 days, and made it to the No. 1 project in the foods/small batch category on Kickstarter.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Collaboration was fast, effective and informal, using telegram chat channels, Zoom calls and cloud storage to communicate, share and store content.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a good grasp of social media trends and how to effectively communicate and reach our target audiences. They further have a solid skill et when it comes to video production of clips, trailers, etc. to support a branding strategy - with fast turnaround times.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Gant Media should have stopped us , the founders, more adamantly, earlier from contributing to social media content without 4-eye principle/quality control. Our helpful (layperson) contributions to text and images turned out to not so helpful, but we had to learn that the hard way after 4 weeks.

Gant was really great. they were pro-active. it is rare to work with companies that goes above and beyond. I like how they gave us a timeline of all the deliverables and made sure to send us the work on time.

1-2 people at all times. CEO and a brand manager.

we have launched our website and are getting leads and clients daily. we believe the branding is a big part of it
