I communicate mostly with Anusha, founder of Gambarr. Her work and management skills are very professional and her team is always on top of things. We appreciate their full creative force and hardwork to produce the videos.

We have yet to launch the videos in any of our channels.

The project manager and her team is very easy to discuss with, able to adapt to our requests and our meeting has always been pleasant and fruitful via Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The outside talents they acquired for our video have been amazing. Their focus, commitment and creativity allows for the videos to be produced smoothly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Their animation skills hopefully can be improved further, the choice of artwork and typography used can be a very convincing element in attracting viewers.

I am a Malaysian project leader for an internationally-funded project with fundings from the UK and Malaysian orgnisation. The project is a large project with final outcomes to create health awareness/promotional video to encourage implementation of smoke-free homes. Our team engaged with Gambarr Malaysia to essentially manage and produced our videos. Gambarr Malaysia delivered by producing 4 fantastic health promotion videos which fits our project needs.

We search for this vendor and found great reviews for their work. We contacted them and engaged with them via several meetings and finally decided to go with their services.

After several thorough discussions, the team at Gambarr provided us with storyboards which aligns with our main aims and aspirations for our video, and provided appropriate timelines for our project. We discuss things throughout all levels and aspects, and our team which is divided into three were able to work with the team at Gambarr and liaised with them throughout the whole journey. The videos produced went through editing after receiving comments and we obtained our final videos as per our requests.

Their director, Sasha was our main contact, and our team personally liaised with Sasha throughout the project.

Our promotional video viewing reached more than 30,000!! within 2 weeks' time!!

Our communication has been a key factor in our project, and the ease of communication with the contact person in Gambarr has been excellent throughout.

I appreciated the time the contact person of Gambarr took to understand the different needs of our team. I think it takes dedication, passion, and time to fulfill customers' needs, and I think that has been shown by Gambarr. Plus giving us opportunity to redo a small part of our work for free, was definitely something that I feel so thankful for.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I guess, working with our team located at different places, remotely is not easy and making arrangements for things in another state can prove to be a challenge. I understand the situation, and i definitely think that once the company expands further in growth, working outside of the state shall be something that is easy to do.

We provide services for B2B, and the pandemic has affected our business for the past year. So, we needed to have a unique online presence to boost our visibility and credibility in the market place. Also, we tried to explore online marketing to increase our sales. So we engaged Gambarr to handle all social media marketing efforts that included content creation, postings and also advertising of course.

We shortlisted a number of service providers and researched their backgrounds prior to having a call with the companies. After having online meetups with each of them, we made the decision to select Gambarr due to their ability to share with us strategic solutions based on our industry and the services we provide. The clarity of their proposal as well as their team's openness and easy-going nature was also a key driver.

Once we agreed on the job scope, the team got in touch with us to understand our key challenges in gaining engagement and followers online. After the discussion, they begin by carrying out research on our social media pages and competitors, to understand the best converting content and the key aspects that should be avoided.

After this, the team worked on creating a clear content plan for the month, the ideation and content itself followed up by our teams feedback and any necessary amendments. The team is extremely fast in revisions and posting all contents have been done efficiently.

Our advertising results have been better than expected, and continues to increase our likes and Followers for our social media pages. We are currently looking to increase our Ads budgeting as it has been effective with their expertise in audience targeting.

Really convenient to work with them, as the team uses Hootsuite for our content approvals, making things much simpler. Also, we get to communicate on WhatsApp weekly for any liaison. The team met deadlines are always sharing content before the set timelines.

It's really great to work with a company that puts their client's key interests above themselves. Their strategic thinking and creative contents has been effective in driving sales.

Maybe explore a few alternative fonts. But that we can do on the upcoming projects

The video ad campaign was a huge success as it help us explain about the 3S system to clients with ease. Our company now sends out the video to all our new and existing clients and they are impressed with it.

I noticed that video marketing is the best way to advertise my properties, so I contacted Gambarr Malaysia to help me with video production services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I work with Gambarr Malaysia to create video marketing for the properties I manage. They offer the full range of services for video production, but I mainly work with them to create and edit my videos.

I provide them with the photos of my properties, and they do voice-overs and edit one-minute videos. Then, I use those videos to advertise on different social media platforms, YouTube, and marketplaces like iProperty or PropertyGuru.

The videos that Gambar Malaysia produces have helped me increase the sale rate of the advertised properties up to 75%. They are good at their job, and I’m quite happy with the videos they have produced for me.

Whenever I need to contact them, I give them a call, and they respond very quickly. For any file they need, I usually send it through WhatsApp.

The videos that Gambarr Malaysia produces are clear and to the point. They are really creative, and the color palettes they use work greatly with the images I sent.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Gambarr Malaysia should advertise more of their services. They aren’t well known locally, so they could probably grow if they start marketing their services locally.

Economically speaking, working with Gambarr Malaysia is worth it. The product you get has great quality, and the rates are cheaper than other agencies offer.

After ironing out the key requirements, they begin by creating a storyboard and a script to be reviewed by our team. Once we gave them the green light, the worked on the video and produced a draft version for us to provide our input and finally came up with the finalsied product.

They were very thorough with the details of the storyboard and the script. They did not assume and always asked for our input on many key aspects of the video such as the voice of the narrator, the flow of the video and the actual images used for the production.

This video has been the cornerstone of our online presence in the market place as it improved RS Eco Palm's brand awareness by 52% as measured by our SEO optimising tool. We only had a target of an increase of 40% but they made us exceed our goal.

We had clear timelines proposed by Gambarr during the proposal phase. This made things really smooth as we did not have ambiguity or assumptions to deal with. As mentioned earlier, their friendly and easy-going nature made it easy to iron out any new additions or subtractions required for our video.
