Divide old Ruby on Rails application into micro-service architecture application, having Ruby on Rails as Backend service, React as Frontend and multiple support service to go along with it. Develop mobile application from scratch. Develop multiple integrations to such platforms like Personio, Google Calendar, Outlook, Slack, etc.

All key points of Product planned growth were met in time, that allowed for bigger growth and entry to new markets.
