Please describe your company and your position there.

I am Johnathan Steward i have a bachelors degree, i'm a Physician Assistant and the founder of a new startup. I have spent years researching mobile devices and their heart rate. I am very interested in sleep disorders and how our heart works. I enjoy helping others and doing what I can to further my knowledge in the medical field.

For what projects/services did your company hire Gad.Ai, and what were your goals?

I had no idea how I wanted my design to be, my goal was to lay out the proper branding, the proper plan and to see if it was even possible. I am so happy I hired them they have been wonderful.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I did a google search and found these guys, they suggested we begin laying out the technical requirements and designs.

We meet every week, i would prefer not to share my technologies. But their process was pretty straight forward. I was a bit confused and frustrated actually at one point but I was able to resolve the issue. How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked mainly with a project manager, but whoever i asked for they were very accommodating. Given it may take a few day to reach some one like Alex.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Absolutely, Within about 8 months we were able to raise enough funds to start the development process. They helped me reach-out and present to investors.

At first, Horrible. Couldnt call anyone. But since they switched their phone system and online portal things have been very smooth. They do listen.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to problem solve and innovate is admirable. Also usually when we schedule a meeting they are prompt.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Explain to me exactly why certain parts take longer than others. Im not very technical. The only people that took the time to explain how the technology worked was either Jon, Alex or Jason.

We created a full-fledged enterprise app that I will present to investors at my Fortune 500 firm. The team held calls with me and assisted me every step of the process. We came up with a strategy for getting our product into the hands of the community is crucial because it helps us to gather vital feedback from users. This feedback can assist us in improving the user experience of our app.
