They maintained excellent communication throughout the project, proactively addressing challenges and delivering on time and within budget. For example: Toward the end of the project we found out apple pay could not be integrated directly into the app. They quickly resorted to integrating it through Stripe. The app later failed approval on the play store but they knew exactly what to do and submitted documentation to substantiate our reasoning.
Their post-launch support has also been exemplary, ensuring the app continues to perform optimally.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What truly stood out was their ability to combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of our business. Mnay things didn't go as planned and some of that that was just bad planning on our part but in the end they found solution to overcome this.

Are there any areas for improvement or something FutureX could have done differently?

While the overall experience was excellent, there is always room for growth. One area where improvements could be made is in post-launch analytics and reporting. Providing more detailed and automated insights into user behavior and app performance metrics would have been beneficial for optimizing the platform further. Additionally, a more structured training session for our in-house team on the app’s technical maintenance could enhance long-term usability and independence.

We built a custom mobile app and accompanying web platform completely from scratch on a framework of Django, Python, and React Native across both Apple and Android.
