In the beginning they build a nice website. It was very expensive after all (more then negotiated) because of many surprises but we had to finish it. They use a Silverstripe system and nobody works with this so it is dificult to move. We learnt a lot. The website looked nice but we had to put a lot of effort in it.

Their management is really bad. They only communicate through a ticket system, and their response time takes days. They let us wait for weeks to make offers when the website is down of properties are offline which happens a lot. They say it s server problems but other companies don t have these issues. It doesn t feel you have a partner who knows what is important for the client. We regret them a lot.

Nothing really. It is impressive how corrupt they are. Thatswhy they have also an Office in Serbia so can act like this and play with clients.

We found Futureforward through google. We were looking for a company that continues to develop a certain software after the launch and that thinks along and advises. We also find support after implementation very important, here too Futureforward can help us a lot.

Shortly after this we received a working demo software design in the desired style so that we knew exactly what to expect from it. When this was the case, we sat down at the table again to discuss necessary matters.

From the moment the state of emergency was declared in Serbia, a call center was established in Ni, the largest municipality, with the goal of assisting the elderly population. People whose freedom of movement was restricted could turn to the call center for medical advice, food, or medical supplies in this manner. However, one major issue was that all requests had to be manually processed. We needed a software solution that would make running the call center much easier.

The first logical step in the development of our system was to digitize the entire process of receiving requests from people in need and passing those requests on to volunteers. We created a custom software package that includes two major components: a mobile app and a web portal.
The web portal serves as the system's global control center, aimed at various organizations that provide assistance to fellow citizens and have their own specialized call centers. The custom mobile app provides volunteers with an instant overview of all open orders, sorted by distance from the volunteer's location.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since the implementation of the software solution, delivery figures have doubled and efficiency has increased by more than 100%. These improvements would not be possible without the custom software solution that we created. We used to be able to bring food and medicine to our fellow citizens at 60-70 addresses a day, but now we can handle more than 150.

The communication took place without any problems. There are no ambiguities in the agreements. We communicated on-site, by phone, and via Skype.
