I am the CEO of a direct marketing company in San Francisco.

For what projects/services did your company hire Funnel9, and what were your goals?

We were spending a lot of money on Adwords and affiliate marketing - but we had a hard time understanding where the leads and more importantly where the conversions were coming from. We were spending around $3,500 per month on Adwords - but we were not producing qualified leads. We hired Funnel9 to help us optimize spending and drive higher quality leads at a lower cost.

We selected Funnel9 because of thier expertise and thier demo of the software.

Funnel9 helped set up some code on our website and also helped us optimize our keywords and advertising for Google Adwords. They also tracked along with us the quality of the leads and any conversions that came through. They also helped by creating some custom code to help my sales team sort the leads and qualify them for the next steps.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The results from Funnel9 have been great! The platform helped us identify leads from multiple channels and this has allowed us to reduce spending in Google by 90%. We have now taken those funds and applied them to other tactics such as referral linked and paid sponsorship.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The Funnel9 team was awesome to work with. They were responsive and helped identify content and lead flow efficiencies that have helped drive more quality leads to our website.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was really simple to implement - funnel9 did all the heavy lifting and checked in often to ensure everything was going as planned. They also send out a really nice email digest weekly to allow us to view a snapshot of leads, value, and next steps.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I know they are adding new features every day, so I am excited to see what they come up with next.

Funnel 9 has enabled us to strategically analyze our marketing spending and channel our budget into campaigns with the most profitable sales results and leads. We were able to filter out the underperforming marketing tactics and have a clear visibility on how to allocate our budget.

Prior to beginning the project, we were presented with an implementation plan. The plan was followed exactly as described with no issues.

We had a dedicated account manager throughout the startup and implementation process. Our account manager was readily available to answer any questions upon request.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have redirected our marketing dollars to the correct markets and have seen a vast improvement in our return on investment.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our account manager was great to work with. He was informative and accessible through the implementation and start up of the program. If needed, he is easily accessible to answer and questions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Funnel 9 management is easy to work with. The stand behind their software and have accessibility to the customer data tracking with the click of a button is an exceptional service.

There is no improvement at this time.
