Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We will ultimately be interviewing 100 men & 100 women in each of 10 countries - half lower caste citizens and the other half upper caste - led in country by an incountry/local/native manager - who will be actively involved in selected the interview candidates.  Obviously, the ability to speak the native language (s) is of critical importance - which Fundada cannot and does not do.  The deliverables are properly created and presented summaries, in English, of what could be up to 2000 interviews in maybe 20 - 30 dialects of different local languages.

I’m the chief expedition officer of Outside Activities, an outdoor wellness company. We offer a unique leadership and wellness program that encourages people to rediscover and engage with the outdoors to live healthier lives.

Fundada Labs has redesigned and built our new website and added the sign-up forms. The team has also provided content creation and branding with my guidance. Moreover, Fundada Labs will provide ongoing maintenance.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Fundada Labs has delivered intake forms, website design elements, and content. I’ve received numerous positive responses to the new website and easier sign-ups. Moreover, we have a reporting system built into the website to track sign-ups and user engagement to measure success.

How did Fundada Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

Fundada Labs’ project management is detailed and provides regular communication and milestone check-ins. The team is on track to deliver on time. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

They worked with us to clarify the site structure, lay out the core messaging, and create a clean, professional visual style aligned with our mission.
Key deliverables included a multi-page responsive website, basic branding support (color palette and layout choices), content formatting, and technical setup assistance to prepare for launch.
The website was built with scalability in mind to accommodate future database and platform expansions.

Fundada Labs successfully completed the design, development, and deployment of the VOB Network's initial website.

The project was completed on time and within the expected scope and budget, setting the stage for our upcoming outreach and service expansion efforts.

PURPOSE: To provide clarity and direction around the first 1-3 core features that would go into the wireframe presented to teachers and administrators.

ACTIONS TAKEN: 

• NORTH STAR EXCERCISE: Unpacked key themes around customer needs, expectations, and experience/satisfaction, technology considerations, and impacts to revenue. 
  • Determing key outcomes and defining the metrics that measure the success of the outcome.
• UX/UI JOURNEY MAPPING  
  • Mapping out customer touchpoints and the considerations around each part of their  journey.
  • Develop sketches and inspirations. 
• The deliverables, along with key research done by fundada, helped to provide a cleaner idea of what we could do and cleared the cutter in my head.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Clarity from 10 possible directions Pathstitch could go to a solid 3 that are centered around out North star. I'm also more clear the pilars (mission) that are company is built on. I also recognized the kind of teachers I would need to focus on.

The walkthrough the Miro board and her ability to keep my team focused on the goals of Pathstitch. They reviewed our materials, so they were prepared, which I thought was great.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Fundada Labs could have done differently?

I think the only 3 pieces of feedback I'd give is:

1.  It often felt like this exercise with the mapping was designed for companies much further ahead so it was difficult to apply some of what we were being asked to do to our company.
2. I did feel like there wasn't much mention of the research provided so I'm not sure how much it ws fully used.
3. I think there needs to be a different or adjusted Miro board made for pre-product, early team companies.

Fundada Labs helped  Goplaces develop a landing page that created anticipation, information and helped with business awareness.  The website was also SEO-friendly and contained CTA's identified by the  Fundada Labs team that would attract customers and provide valuable insight into how Goplaces can help grow company moral.

We booked meetings based on the outcome of the landing page and the insight provided by the Fundada Labs team.
