We did not have enough resources in house to service the orders from our customers. AVA.codes was hired especially to work on custom apps for customers to use for specific use cases in their Zendesk instance.

The team always met their deadlines. Sometimes they were ahead of our in house development and design goals. Communication was effective. They speak English very well, and there was never a miscommunication. They were open to using any tools needed during the development process.

More services in house, like design, or SEO, might help them and their clients. But their core business is coding and they do it very well so maybe it's best they don't distract from that too much.
