They’ve done a very good job of proposing a timeline and sticking to it. As far as metrics, I don’t have too much to say. It’s hard to measure code quality. We’ve reviewed their work, and we’re happy with it.

The workflow is good. We have a daily meeting with Fresh Lime Soft to get status and discuss any changes, to talk about their progress and answer any questions. There is no problem with communication whatsoever. It is fairly streamlined.They’re fully integrated into our team. If we need anything, we can just ask them.

When we had to replace a person they found just as good of a candidate to replace the person leaving. We ended up changing our approach on a number of items after hearing and thinking about his input and ideas.

We are a company in a rush, so we are always requesting faster execution from our partners at Fresh Lime Soft. They generally operate very efficiently and quickly, but we would, of course, be pleased with even speedier execution.
