We had worked with another developer, but the product we ended up with at the end of the day was not up to scratch. We needed an app we could make adjustments and updates to so we decided to start the process again.

Frenzin Softwares Pvt. Ltd. created both an iOS and Android app for our platform from scratch. They completed all of the development on the backend. The app required features such as real-time tracking and updates so their team created an API. The user will consistently get updates throughout the whole process so they always know where their laundry is. The Frenzin Softwares Pvt. Ltd. team also integrated a payment system into the app.

We first interacted over Skype and I gave them wireframes and screenshots of what I was looking for. They gave me a quote and I decided to work with them.

The app works very well. It has been a big upgrade from the previous build and working with Frenzin Softwares Pvt. Ltd. has been a pleasure. Our idea was complex because of all the constant updates the user gets since it’s not just one journey.

The Frenzin Softwares Pvt. Ltd. team is very responsive. We primarily interacted via email and WhatsApp, but anytime there was an issue or I needed to make a change I could easily give them a call. They could always make changes within a few hours.

The entire team is nice, hardworking, and honest. Frenzin Softwares Pvt. Ltd. always does what you ask them to do. They’re very logical and provide great solutions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if their team had a designer to complement all of their technical skills. That way we could have one integrated project instead of dealing with multiple vendors.

I am the Founder of the mobile app Hey der! Which is a hyper-local chat group to group people around. This is a social platform app and helps get offers from businesses around instantly. It also helps you connect with like-minded people around whichever locality you are in.

We have hired Frenzin Softwares initially to get our idea to reality. It was a challenge for us to change designs to reality.

What were your goals for this project?

Mainly, the goal was to see the practicality of the idea. Can we really group people by their localities? And if so, how can we do it? We don’t want to try proximity-based applications and also were not confident in a model where users create their pages for their localities. We wanted something new and hence tried with different options.

Without a doubt, Frenzin's team has supported us and got to what we expected and we are very happy with the services. Generally, it’s difficult to support a new concept, as it’s time-intensive and a lot of iterations are required. One should have a lot of confidence trust and patience to deliver this which the team has delivered.

Is a hyper-local chat for quick connects where you can connect with your own people without creating any groups in social media or Whatsapp. It will directly send messages to people present in the area. Also it allows to have local or global groups to easily connect with like-minded people.

We have seen a good growth in the people downloading the app and also this got published in local news media within three months
