I’ve worked with Freedom Makers to find an Executive Assistant who could support both the day-to-day and project-based needs of my business. When my original EA had to step away, Freedom Makers made the transition seamless. My outgoing EA trained the incoming one directly, saving me time and keeping business continuity intact.

What I appreciate most is the flexibility of their model—I only pay for the time I need, which varies from week to week. There’s no pressure to hit a minimum, and I never feel like I'm wasting hours. It’s a smart setup that respects both my business needs and their assistants' time.

Yes! We are currently evaluating analytics and resulting sales as we go, but we are in the earliest stages of our project so it may be too soon to have solid metrics.

I love that the employees are spouses of people serving in the military. I grew up as a military dependant and I appreciate the culture and the sacrifices the family members make to support our members serving in the military. But besides that, the structure of the company is so well organized and seamless that onboarding was a breeze. Now that I am up and running with my VA, I wouldn't hesitate to commission another if or when the need arises! Everyone has been delightful to deal with and it is a woman-owned business that I am so happy to support as well.

I provide the content and the VA does all the creative work. We meet weekly to ensure we are sync'd
