What I found most impressive about The Free Website Guys was their combination of professionalism and generosity. They delivered a polished, professional website at no cost, which is a unique offering in itself. It’s rare to find a company that not only provides such high-quality work but also genuinely cares about the success of their clients.

One area for improvement would be enhancing the audio quality of some of the support videos. A few had low audio output, which made them harder to follow at times. Re-recording those videos or boosting the audio would make them even more effective. Other than that, the process and results were excellent, and I was very happy with their service overall.

The Website Guys offer a free service of setting up a wordpress site. The can design a totally free site or a paid premium site, which still ends up cheaper than a lot of other Website companies that I looked into. They worked for 7 hours on the back end and front end of the site. Then they hand it over to you to add your own data and photos.  They also provide videos on how to do this, which is so helpful.

I received regular updates.  Videos and emails were sent that gave updates on progress of the webiste's status.  I was kept informed at every step of the way.  I received regular updates along with answers to questions that I posed.  I can say without a doubt, my experience ranks near the top of other projects I have engaged with or have been apart of on a personal and perfessional basis.  I wish all of my projects have worked out as smoothly and with the end results.
