When people see "free" in anything, they assume that it's low quality or the service will be below average. I'm a scrappy CEO with a brand new LLC and I try to save wherever possible to provide funding to grow my business. That being said, I cannot begin to describe how incredible the team at TheFreeWebsiteGuys.com has been. I'm not the best with computers or websites so I typically require a lot of hand-holding. Sven and his team were very supportive and took the time required to explain each step of the process. There was ZERO pressure to purchase any upgrades or additional products in website design. The emails were housed in one thread to provide a simple and quick reference in case of delayed communication and we remained on the same page throughout. The follow-up emails included videos and tutorials that clearly defined my role and all the work being done behind the scenes. Everything was 100% professional and the team over-delivered. Sven and his team have been extremely helpful and patient with me in helping me build a successful website for my small business. They took time to dive into great detail regarding technical questions that would've otherwise left me dumbfounded. They were able to explain such issues in layman terms, and helped optimize my website to its best ability. From adding in plugins to alert me when someone fills out the form, installing code to prevent bot form fills, making my website render well on mobile, and setting up DKIM and DMARC for my professional email addresses - they have done it all. Email Newsletter API setup with Mailchimp;

All forms on website working properly with alerts notifying me of form submissions;
Implementing code to prevent bots from filling out my form on my website (and getting alerted about it);

setup of plugin environment to enrich UX, website functionality, and website security;
