F&V are very responsive, adaptable, and eager to collaborate. They are clearly the experts in the room, but it's not intimidating or standoffish. They ask very deep and thoughtful questions to help you articulate what you're looking for. I'm not a visual person nor did I have a clear vision for what our new identity needed to look like, but they guided our team in getting direction for our identity.

They take the esoteric and high-level and make it graspable and concrete. Some design firms are difficult to work with and understand, but F&V makes it approachable and easy while delivering truly excellent design.

The Frank and Victor team supported us through a quick turnaround for a microsite. They were patient through the build as we had many moving targets but the final site design was thorough and they helped walk us through using a new CMS.

We needed to create a new website for our flagship shopping destination that could be reused to generate future websites for our other locations. We needed a website that showcased the uniqueness of our locations including our unique retail and residential partners and highlighting our community engagement thru our many events hosted at the center. Frank & Victor developed a flexible Wordpress template that accomplished all our goals.

Chris Visit is wonderful at understanding our needs and working with is team to deliver every time for us. We have been engaged with Frank & Victor for almost a decade and value our relationship with them.

Our team often fell behind on our timeline. This was not a fault of Frank & Victor.

• Refreshed both the main brand and the subsidiary brand 
• Developed a custom Salesforce connection to both sites 
• Handled many specific custom request builds 
• Trained our team on the new CMS with a robust training process & documentation 
• Support with ongoing website needs, including design tweaks, custom requests, security upgrades, etc.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Launched both websites on schedule 
• Initial web traffic results were even better than hoped (users visited more pages on average, more downloads, increased newsletter signups) 
• Custom Salesforce connection continues to work well, 3 years later 
• Continued support on all our websites, including improving uptime, lowering server costs, and providing security updates

Possibly the best project managers we've ever worked with. Incredibly communicative, organized, kind, and knowledgable. All deliverables were clearly outlined & they kept us on track, including pings when we owed them content or decisions. Kristen always makes sure we have all the information we need to make a decision, as well as their general recommendations. Couldn't ask for a better partner.

I have had the pleasure of working with Frank and Victor on two occasions: first at the Blanton Museum of Art and most recently at Landmarks, the public art program of UT Austin. I had a wonderful experience both times. Chris and Kristin are consummate professionals, and they go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction and successful projects. 

They are total design gurus, collaborative, willing to listen and always produce exceptional work. They have branded many key arts organizations in Austin and there is a reason for that-- they are the best! I highly recommend Frank and Victor!
