I`m the CEO of various ecommerce websites selling different products. We advertise mainly on Facebook ad platform.

I had problems with Facebook disabling my ad accounts, putting limits on my daily adspend. It was awful. Then I found FourWinds agency that told me, that can help me with their agency ad accounts. I started working with them and it was life-changing. Their team is very helpful! They gave me so much suggestions, that helped to improve my business.

How did you select this vendor?

Before FourWinds I worked with Chinese agency. It was quite difficult to communicate with them. But with FourWinds it`s so easy! They usually answers to my messages in maximum 20 minutes. And they help to solve my problems ASAP.

Our work together started very fast. After a few conversations with FourWinds team members I decided to work with them. Onboarding was very fast and easy. We signed the agreement, I pad the invoice they sent me and we were ready to work! Fast and easy!

What was the team composition?

There are few people from FourWinds who work directly with me. Some people solve general questions, some people solve financial questions etc. Overall it`s great. I get answers and my problems are solved very fast.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We work for a few months now, but I have already seen an increase in my business. Thing that I like the most about working with them, is that they are very helpful. They contact me to other employees for specific questions. Everything is solved fast.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have a group chat in Slack channel where we talk with each other. Whenever I send them a message, they respond very quickly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They really care about their customers. They are very helpful and smart in advertising industry.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I still have not seen anything they could improve. Everything seems perfect now.

We struggled a lot with Facebook ad account issues, and they are one of the biggest agency ad accounts providers in Europe so it wasn't a hard decision to make in choosing them

We got on to a call with multiple agencies but this one seemed most reliable and trustworthy. Also, we got a few recommendations from our partners
