Our main goal was to grow organically in US and UK for specific keywords. We weren't really satisfied with the results that we were getting from our past SEO agency and decided to change our strategy and performance dramatically. Consequently, we needed someone who could analyze our SEO&SEM efforts and handle the on-page and off-page Search Engine Optimization process. We found Fortunatos and got what we wanted!

They analyzed everything that was going on with us, brought new ideas and recommendations and implemented them immediately! We've seen a huge increase in organic traffic, conversion rates went up and we became more visible on search engines. We were so impressed with the level of detail, thoughtfulness, and creativity that went into Fortunato's proposals. At the beginning of our cooperation, they prepared an in-depth market, keywords and competitors' analysis. Then, they sent us a roadmap and step-by-step plan that struck us with their transparency and approach. The plan consisted of three parts: technical, content and link building. In the first week, we closed all the technical problems and continued to work on the content and link building.

These guys developed a detailed content strategy for our blog and commercial pages. Content assignments for optimization were written for each page with detailed requirements and instructions. Also, we were impressed with the backlinks part, they selected only high quality and relevant outreach and crowd link, no India or Pakistan, which gave a boost to the landing pages.

We understood that SEO is not about fast results, especially after our site went down after the Google update. After 2-3 months of hard work, they managed to rank target pages in the top 10 SERP for 35 keywords and in the top 3 for 12 keywords. Organic traffic increased by 65% and the number of leads by 37%. These figures have multiplied after almost 2 years of our cooperation

We use the Trello task manager to set and track tasks. We communicate daily in Teams and have a call once a week to discuss weekly reports and plans for the next week. Most of all, I like that we always understand the progress of the work, and the essence of a problem or an idea thanks to transparent and detailed reports.

They always delve into the issues, understanding our needs and audience to achieve the best possible result. They never stop, trying to get the best performance. They have optimised our Google Maps profile so well that we now have 29000 views per month and before we had 6000 views. We now get a lot more calls and website visitors. The most important keyword for us was "Autoankauf Hannover" and we are now on the first place if you are looking for "Autoankauf Hannover".

We have wondered how Fortunato's SEO optimisation has done well, our goal was 20000 views per month and now we have more than 29000 views, with time this will be even better because the profile keeps positioning itself better and better.

We were in contact almost every day, they told us their suggestions on the best solution for us to be found better and easier on google. We communicated via Skype and Whatsapp. After a week we saw that we were getting more website visitors and after two weeks we were getting more phone calls. All in all such a good SEO optimisation Fortunatos has done that we are more than satisfied.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The best thing about Fortunatos was that they knew exactly what we needed. They also have better suggestions for us that we immediately took on. In Hannover and around 65 kilometres we are on the first place, earlier we did the same SEO optimisation with another company but they didn't do it as well as Fortunatos.

Everything was perfect, the communication, they found the best keywords for us so that we are always on the first place.

We made a job posting via Upwork and Fortunatos bid at our work and provided a unique and personalized message for us with screenshots of a relevant experience(they had powerful SEO cases for dating websites) So, that's the main factor for choosing them.

Our engagement began with a discovery phase and we laid out our goals(traffic and lead boost from a scratch). They handle all the SEO activities Analytics configuration and Data Studio reports. We started from a semantic core with clusterization and prioritization and GTM+GA configuration and setup. The next step was structure development. After that, we focus on a website redesign and a structure implementation. Fortunatos started to extend our keywords list with new keyword ideas. Basically, new keyword research and page development was regular task such as on-page optimization and other SEO tricks.
The scope of work was to boost our organic traffic even more. Our goal is to achieve an improvement of organic traffic +100% per year. We successfully achieved this in 2022, 2023 and we are moving to reach this goal in this year.

They assigned a project manager work amongst their team. The main communication was with them. Also, the project was controlled by the Head of PMs and their CMO, and they were involved in the process too. There was 1 SEO expert and Team Lead SEO leading our project.

We started almost from a zero. Our website traffic has increased to 300,000 per month and leads have skyrocketed. The main approach of our cooperation is stable and we love that. We extended the resources of the Fortunatos agency to be able to achieve our plans.

They've been great at managing our expectations and meeting deadlines. We mostly use slack to communicate. Scrum-based model - weekly reporting and 1 weekly call.

In-house method - they were really involved in our project. A testing hypothesis with meta-tags formula and testing the best variation on a bi-weekly basis. A result-oriented method is really their strong feature. They are really focusing on our goals and how to boost our website traffic and leads.

We implemented weekly calls/reports and that's suitable for us, so it's okay.

For clients with similar needs, I advise giving the in-house approach a shot. You might be surprised by the performance improvements and the level of control and results you can maintain.

Fortunatos did a comprehensive analysis of our tier 1 regions both in terms of SEO and SERM. After a full understanding of our competitors’ strategy and mistakes on our website, they started eliminating all the issues we missed. Hard work was done in terms of Technical, Content SEO and Link-building as well as SERM in order to remove all fake information about our company. The key objectives were achieved and we are still working together on new markets.

We achieved a 25% organic traffic increase in 9 months instead of 12. There is also a growth in positions for important keywords from several main clusters. Many new pages were created and existing ones were optimized. If we are talking about the SERM, then the brand reputation strategy worked pretty well in our tier 1 regions.

These guys are totally useless. They literally made 0 organic subscribers on our Twitter page and as they said no results on Reddit, I hired a guy from India on Upwork that did the job far better and he is 20x time cheaper. Definitely not recommended

They setup our Twitter page with just some stolen content from other website and made ads setup for Twitter campaign. They even can’t track marketing events.
