We work with Formix to hire Student Counsellors and Sales Managers for our student visa company in Sri Lanka. As one of the leading student counselling companies, we needed a recruitment partner that could move quickly and provide access to a strong talent pool.

With our busy schedule and an already occupied HR team, the Formix team supported us efficiently throughout the hiring process. They started shortlisting CVs on the same day, and the quality of candidates was impressive. They also arranged interviews based on our preferred schedule. One measurable outcome we achieved was the speed and efficiency of the hiring process. As a student visa company, we cannot operate effectively without Student Counsellors. At that point, while we were managing documentation and other operational work, Formix supported us by quickly sourcing candidates.

Within one to two days, they arranged interviews, and we were able to select and hire a suitable candidate immediately. Beyond recruitment, they also supported the onboarding process, which made the transition smooth and efficient. This fast turnaround had a positive impact on maintaining our business operations without delays.

One of the most impressive things about Formix was their structured and organised approach. With other recruitment companies we worked with, we usually submitted our vacancies to one contact person and had very little visibility into what was happening internally until a shortlist was shared.

However, Formix operated differently. Once we were onboarded, they introduced a dedicated point of contact and connected us directly with the HR team. There was also a senior manager overseeing the process, supported by junior officers handling execution and coordination.

The team communicated with us daily, shared updates, listened to our feedback, and kept us informed throughout the recruitment process. Unlike many other providers where one person handles everything from client communication to payments and candidate follow-ups, Formix had clear responsibilities assigned across the team — one person managing client relationships, another supervising operations, and others executing the recruitment tasks.

This structured workflow made the entire experience more organised, transparent, and professional.

There is not much to mention in terms of areas for improvement. They already had the right technology, processes, and systems in place to support recruitment effectively. My feedback to them was simply to continue doing what they are doing and maintain the same standards and quality of service.

We operate call centers in both Cambodia and Sri Lanka, and we partnered with Formix to support our bulk hiring needs, especially for call center executives and language-based roles. Their team has been incredibly helpful in managing large-scale recruitment, making the whole process much smoother for us.

We were also looking to hire a Country Manager for Sri Lanka, which is a senior C-suite role for our new operation there, and Formix handled it very well. Working with them has significantly reduced the challenges we faced with bulk hiring and finding the right talent.

Within just three weeks, we successfully hired the Country Manager. Formix handled the entire process smoothly, and the result was excellent. They guided us throughout — sharing detailed case studies, salary benchmarks, and insights about the Sri Lankan market before we made any decisions.

What we really appreciated is that they never rushed us. They took the time to ensure we had all the information we needed. Once we signed the agreement, they provided in-depth data and insights about operating in Sri Lanka, which helped us plan better.

For bulk hiring, especially for call center and tech executive roles, their team was highly proactive. They consistently arranged 3–4 interviews per day and stayed fully committed to supporting our requirements. Overall, it was a very impressive experience working with them.

Formix has been exceptional in delivering high-quality recruitment. They didn’t just provide candidates they truly understood our business, our outsourcing model, and the type of talent we needed. Because of that, we were able to build a strong, knowledgeable, and reliable team.

We are still continuing to hire through Formix, which shows our confidence in their service.
