 Phase 1 - Architecture setup
Activities in Phase 1 include:
● Backend server setup;
● Creating and setting up the database;
● API layer preparation;

Phase 2 - Application Design (UX/UI Design)
 Mapping the structure and essential elements of the application, as well as the user
user flow, creation of rough structure and main page (so-called wireframes), as well as detailed design of all elements with preparation for development. During this phase, special attention is paid to the use of the most modern standards of user experience (User Experience - UX) and user interface (User Interface - UI). to maximize the usability of the application, as well as to enhance user satisfaction.
This service includes:
● Mapping the user journey based on the business and technical requirements described above;
● Creation of the so-called application wireframes, which illustrate the user interface (UI);
● Creation of an interactive proposal for the design of a new application in accordance with the latest standards user experience (UX) and project goals in the Figma tool (so-called Design mockups);
● Design customization for maximum responsiveness on all devices (mobile, tablet, desktop);
● Creating guidelines for the development team;
● Up to two design iterations.

The most important thing is that we managed to create a database of our partners on the Italian market and that we can now use this database as a reference with various filters but also as a visualization of the entire project. A map has been created that clearly shows which territories of the country have been visited and where we have activities.

Everything was delivered within the agreed deadline. They were also accommodating to some of our changes during the project . Communication was fast, accurate, and open throughout.

Phase 1 – Akademijapreduzetnistva.rs:

As one of the most important projects of the organization, scheduled for completion by the end of June 2024, this website is the top priority. The main tasks include:

Migration of content from the existing subsite preduzetnistvo.afirmacijakulture.org (resources, news, and blog) and integration of this content into the navigation menu of Akademijapreduzetnistva.rs.

Redirecting preduzetnistvo.afirmacijakulture.org to Akademijapreduzetnistva.rs after migration.

Integration of Google Classroom, requiring modifications to the existing website for compatibility with the Learning Management System (LMS).

Optimization improvements to enhance website speed and performance.

Development of new functionalities, including multi-language support and interactive learning modules.

Creation of an entrepreneurship and activism development platform, providing structured resources and networking opportunities.

Phase 2 – Svetionikznanja.rs:

This phase mirrors Phase 1, focusing on the migration and enhancement of the Svetionikznanja.rs website. The tasks include:

Scope of work consisted of brand development, design of the landing page for promotional purposes for our fund and development of that landing page. 

• First deliverable was to get the full brand kit based on the provided inputs, story behind the name and some personal mockups. 
• Second deliverable was to design and develop the landing page based on the branding and already developed storyline. 
• Third deliverable was to develop a sales presentation of the fund based on the inputs provided by me and based on the design language previously developed.

Group website had a hard deadline related to regulatory submissions. Forga presented a clear and detailed plan by task, time, and money. Payment plan was structured in milestones related to progress.

We were assigned a relationship manager for easy communication. Significant effort occurred pre-assignment to understand Vells, this was led by Forga people who had sector experience. Progress was shared in real-time via email and Figma, with regular calls to review. 

Forga were very flexible to changes, in many cases providing valuable advice to Vellis. Group website was delivered on time. Framework is scalable to Canadian and European websites, making go-to-market phase easier.
