We did the design internally, but Foreignerds INC. provided the development resources. Our technical lead went through scoping the level of effort to develop what we designed and then implemented the codebase.

We started with a discovery phase before heading into the design and development phases. We ended the project with QA testing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

One of the success metrics that I really liked was their communication. Their leadership team was also willing to get involved. They met due dates on time and offered value to all of the meetings they attended. Their team was able to articulate why we were doing what we were doing.

How did Foreignerds INC. perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate through weekly meetings on Google Meet. We also use Slack throughout the day. We used Harvest for project management and Teamwork to track tests.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team had a deep bench of knowledge. A lot of web development companies only specialize in one or two stacks, but their team is able to staff against many different tech stacks. Another thing was their ability to work with us and be flexible. That was very important.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think communication can always improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give their team an opportunity. Tell them what you want clearly in the directions, and then give them the opportunity to rise to meet the challenge. They won’t let you down.

Our website is informational, customers can’t place orders online so it was a relatively simple website.

We were literally stunned with the outcomes. Everything was quite visible. We noticed a huge spike in the key Google Analytics metrics, including organic traffic, visitors, demographics, page views, time spent, geographies, among other aspects. Overall, we were all excited and everyone in our team started analyzing the progress almost on a daily basis.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Project Management was Outstanding, the bi-weekly progress reports were timely, meaningful and insightful too. Those reports helped us identify the gaps and solutions to bridge those. Communication was Excellent and timely. We used to connect through MS Office Teams and whenever required we used to talk over the phone as well.

Nothing in specific that impressed us. The team's project management style brought a whole bunch of delight every time. Our internal teams learnt about various aspects of online marketing and project management during the project cycle.
