I'm the CEO of a travel booking platform.

What challenges were you trying to address with Folka Media?

We needed someone who could manage our digital platforms.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We work with Folk Media to develop all of our technology platforms; they're basically in charge of keeping our website and media working and up to date. 

Folka Media started off redesigning our website, and they did a great job. After that, I started assigning more projects to them, and now they're our technology partner — we recently developed a mobile app. 

What was the team composition?

They assigned three people to our project; a designer and frontend developer and two backend developers.

How did you come to work with Folka Media?

We chose them because they were well organized with their work. I had had bad experiences in the past, but they made me feel confident with their work — I felt that they understood my needs and translated them efficiently into the project.

How much have you invested in them?

We've spent $10,000–$25,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since March 2019, and it is an ongoing collaboration.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their work has been professional; they made a great website with custom-made design, features, and good visualization in all browsers and, most importantly, excellent quality.

How did Folka Media perform from a project management standpoint?

We have used Trello as a project management tool, and they showed outstanding commitment to deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their commitment to deadlines stands out the most.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve their response time, but that is just me being scrupulous and wanting immediate answers.
