They designed and launched my webpage from scratch. First, they came back to me with a set of proposed designed and I immediately fell in love with it. Second, they presented me with proposed layout and we had a long back-and-forth communication as to how it should all look.

Upon reaching agreement on design and layout, the team started coding and presented me with the first working version in a week time. After some improvements and alterations further to my requests, they proceeded to connecting payment systems and widgets.

In the meantime, I had many ongoing improvement requests and new ideas outside of original scope. They were very kind and open at implementing ALL of those along the way.

I am not quite sure because Volodymyr was my point of contact. I am aware designer and developer were on the team but I never had direct contact with any of them.

It had a major impact in my business. Now my clients can get in touch with me as well as get the answers to their questions in a matter of seconds. All my new clients registration goes through this new website and I am very happy the purchase process is now all set and automated to a maximum degree.

I am a very demanding and detail-oriented client. And I have to say the team always walked extra mile to make sure I am satisfied with the final result. I got answers to my questions and requests in a matter of hours (never days).

The alterations to the layout were always executed in a speedy manner. Their work ethics, ongoing communication, and willingness to find solutions exceeded my expectations by far.

I have been impressed with the team's accessibility, level of responsiveness, final result and customer satisfaction focus.

It is very important to outline and agree the scope of work from the very beginning. Mine was changing along the way and that's why the project dragged out beyond estimated time frame, but that was totally due to modifications on my part.

Despite numerous changes in the scope from my side, the project was completed to my full satisfaction.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website was complete after 2 months, they solved all problems with hosting transportation, fully completed server settings and gave technical support after finish. They are trying to stay in touch at any time, respond quick and fix faster than any other developer which I had to work with in the past.

It was as much effective as it was possible with business level in our company (our boss is almost the busiest man in NY)
