Flowing Code has been a fundamental piece in the development of the backend of one of our products, DashPass is a secured, automated mobile platform that optimizes the student pickup experience for parents and school staff.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to the Flowing Code team, we have been able to finish the first MVP of the product in the estimated times, also to being able to guarantee the future scalability of the product.

The development was completed within the estimated timeframe, and the management of resources was predominantly handled by the Flowing Code technical leader. Their role involved ensuring that each goal was successfully achieved.

The communication with the external team at Flowing Code was generally good; however, there is room for improvement by implementing a process of continuous improvement in these communication processes.

I am the COO of Witbor. We help companies in their Digital Transformation Journey. Founded in 2016, Witbor is an innovative and pushing company with a culture of consulting and software development with strong and well established values. We provide business consulting services to improve operational efficiency developing innovative solutions to our customers.

Our Focus is retail, logistics, telecommunications, manufacturing, banking, entertainment industries, to name just a few. We create long time relationships with our customers providing a high quality delivery and strong team work for the whole Americas region.

We needed their technical support for analysis and consulting. They also helped by designing and implementing new requirements on a big application

How did you select this Flowing Code and what were the deciding factors?

What made us select them was the need for experience. We didn't have too much room for potential problems related to the lack of knowledge about the involved technologies.

Flowing Code engineers implemented a solution for changing the email sending process of a big software implementation. It required analysing the current application, designing the change, developing it and solving the issues that appeared in the process. This involved java development knowledge as well as DevOps skills.

We worked with 2 resources from their team, depending on the assigned tasks.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The expected amount of issues after the initial implementation was significantly below compared to other similar complex requirements. We had 95% less incidents reports after going to production and the performance increased to 300%.

They have been organized throughout the workflow. We can get in touch with them easily and quickly, and that is something that you might need when you're working with tight deadlines. They are always willing to estimate the effort so you can have a good idea of what is going to take before starting the assignments.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Like I said earlier they have a lot of experience in the development of big enterprise applications, and that is something handy because adding resources with low experience can have a high bad impact on running projects.

Nothing that I can think of right now, they are a great partner always willing to help.
