We began exploring Webflow development because we needed deeper technical expertise. While we had someone on the team familiar with creating pages in Webflow, we lacked the advanced development knowledge required to optimize performance and functionality. Despite Webflow being a no-code platform, achieving strong conversion rates still requires a solid understanding of development best practices.

Since our business is entirely inbound-driven—built around product-led growth and free signups—our website is a core asset. Its performance directly impacts user acquisition and engagement. To support our growth, we needed help with technical elements such as site speed optimization, scalable page creation, and technical SEO implementation.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've significantly accelerated our landing page production. We successfully launched three new landing pages within a single month—something that previously took much longer due to our multi-step process from wireframes in Miro to design and development.

In addition to improved velocity, we’ve also seen a substantial boost in site performance. Our page speed score increased from around 50 to between 80 and 90. A major contributor to this improvement was a complete overhaul of our website’s CSS structure, which optimized loading times and improved overall user experience.

FlowNinja’s been super responsive since the start. We have weekly meetings with them, and before each one, they always send over an agenda, which we can add to as well. After the meeting, they follow up with a recap and clear action items, so everyone’s on the same page.

We also chat regularly on Slack, and they’re quick to reply whenever we need something. They consistently meet deadlines and keep things moving without us having to chase anything.

Honestly, that’s a big reason why we decided to expand the scope. Beyond web development, they’re now also handling our SEO efforts. It’s been a really smooth collaboration.

The measurable outcome we had for this project was to have a succesful launch of the new website ahead ofthe ending of our contract with ourt old CMS provider. 
We didn´t really hit the original planned timelime but that was due to a couple of external (mainly localisation) issues.

We had a couple of small hick ups initially in the feedback proccess with some things not being implemented in the development stage. Which were adress eventually.

We were impressed by their setup, the blend of in-house design, development, and strategy. The speed and the fact that they as expertise challnge us for the better good of our website.

Maybe have a easier way of tracking updates and changes in the exploration phase. There were a lot of diffrent Figmas to keep track of in the different phases of the development.

There is always improvement to be had, we recognize that they have a lot of customer needs to deal with and occassionally things would slip through the cracks and end up in production without certain aspects of the page being updated. This feedback was communicated though and they immediately showed us why they are a great partner.

The goal was to migrate our website from a homegrown CMS to Webflow, including lots of custom code we wrote for various functionality and visual/interactive effects. The first step was to audit the existing website to see what all needed to be migrated, and whether there were existing controls in Webflow we could replicate it in. The second step was to create custom components or JavaScript for functionality that couldn't be migrated. The third step was to perform the migration and do a side-by-side comparison to ensure the new site had all required functionality and worked as expected.

The new website fully re-implemented the functionality of our old website, while also being much easier to edit and manage. In cases where we couldn't copy or reproduce old functionality, Flow Ninja quickly helped us develop solutions.
