We needed Flow Ninja Studio to assist us in standing out from our competition through a sleek and professional design. Additionally, we wanted a modular site that could expand with new locations and services. We also needed a site that would benefit SEO and landing pages for paid ads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Flow Ninja Studio handled everything from design to development to maintenance. They gathered feedback via Slack and Figma and provided development versions for testing. The team created CMS collections for location pages, blogs, products, and services. They also created custom solutions for structured data, HubSpot data, and business information, as well as an internal brand page.

We found Flow Ninja through an online search. First and foremost, their website was great. The design and user-friendliness were exactly what we wanted for our website. They also had great testimonials and plenty of educational information published. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Flow Ninja Studio in May 2024, and the website was launched in October 2024. Maintenance and updates are ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We saw a 30% increase in site traffic and a doubling of our previous page speed. We measured the increase in site traffic from October 2024–May 2025 using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Flow Ninja Studio’s project management was great in all aspects. The team constantly ensured our needs were met and feedback was implemented. The project aimed to create a new brand identity and a modern, SEO-optimized website built with the Webflow CMS, accessible across various devices.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With the optimization and migration effort we saw a 300% YoY increase in our sessions and users. We were able to successfully capture and route these users to engage users and index within search engines and LLMs successfully with our industry.

They truly acted like a team, which was something that was super important to us. Past vendors have seemed to be apathetic with one another which impacted our expeince, but these guys were on top of it and always in the loop with each other

There is always improvement to be had, we recognize that they have a lot of customer needs to deal with and occassionally things would slip through the cracks and end up in production without certain aspects of the page being updated. This feedback was communicated though and they immediately showed us why they are a great partner.

The goal was to migrate our website from a homegrown CMS to Webflow, including lots of custom code we wrote for various functionality and visual/interactive effects. The first step was to audit the existing website to see what all needed to be migrated, and whether there were existing controls in Webflow we could replicate it in. The second step was to create custom components or JavaScript for functionality that couldn't be migrated. The third step was to perform the migration and do a side-by-side comparison to ensure the new site had all required functionality and worked as expected.

The new website fully re-implemented the functionality of our old website, while also being much easier to edit and manage. In cases where we couldn't copy or reproduce old functionality, Flow Ninja quickly helped us develop solutions.

Flow Ninja is very active about communicating realistic deadlines and keeping us updated if things take longer than expected. They're very responsive to requests, whether we submit them through their project portal or @ them on Slack. Even though we're a small, fast-moving company, they were still able to accommodate us and handle all of our requests.
