We needed help with the development and migration of our website from WordPress to Webflow.

Flow Ninja Studio developed a new website complete with a fully functional LMS. The team also migrated all content from our old domain to the new one. The LMS included video courses with attachments.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Flow Ninja Studio's work exceeded our expectations far beyond any development team we've worked with over the years. The team not only achieved our goals but also made recommendations to improve our site. They delivered on those recommendations while working around the clock to help us surprise and delight our followers ahead of our already tight deadline. We were blown away by our project manager and lead developer. We intend to hire Flow Ninja Studio again to complete more complicated and extensive projects in the future. 

Moreover, the deployment and continued successful use of the new website were great. We saw a 40% increase in traffic and a 50% increase in user engagement across new material courses.

What challenge were you trying to address with Flow Ninja Studio?

Our in-house team needed more help to build an enterprise website faster at scale. Project demanded specific functionalities that went beyond the capabilities of a standard Webflow setup.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Flow Ninja Studio has been building custom code extensions that seamlessly integrate with the Webflow platform. This allows us to deliver on specific requirements, such as building new features, enhancing existing functionality, and integrating third-party systems.

For example, Flow Ninja Studio has integrated Algolia, worked with APIs, and created custom code. The integration with Algolia has enabled us to have better search, filter, and sort capabilities. Additionally, Flow Ninja Studio has implemented scripts, custom CSS, and HTML, which have contributed to the overall performance and design of our website.

We work with one teammate the most, and we’ve worked with two teammates at the same time for some months.

We communicate well and work closely together. We meet once a week and communicate on Slack. We hired Flow Ninja Studio after our migration from WordPress, so we didn’t have special timelines on the project but more on the feature task level.

They have great energy and work in our native language. I like that South Serbia spirit and humor. ;)

Non-developers are missing more technical knowledge and understanding of the project itself.

We needed Flow Ninja Studio to assist us in standing out from our competition through a sleek and professional design. Additionally, we wanted a modular site that could expand with new locations and services. We also needed a site that would benefit SEO and landing pages for paid ads.

Flow Ninja Studio handled everything from design to development to maintenance. They gathered feedback via Slack and Figma and provided development versions for testing. The team created CMS collections for location pages, blogs, products, and services. They also created custom solutions for structured data, HubSpot data, and business information, as well as an internal brand page.

We found Flow Ninja through an online search. First and foremost, their website was great. The design and user-friendliness were exactly what we wanted for our website. They also had great testimonials and plenty of educational information published.

We started working with Flow Ninja Studio in May 2024, and the website was launched in October 2024. Maintenance and updates are ongoing.

We saw a 30% increase in site traffic and a doubling of our previous page speed. We measured the increase in site traffic from October 2024–May 2025 using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Content-driven landing pages were developed to highlight key materials like videos and catalogs, tailored to user preferences, and the backend was integrated with Webflow, enabling the client’s team to manage content efficiently. These efforts aimed to modernize the client’s online presence, streamline internal processes, and improve overall user experience.

The project yielded several measurable outcomes, including increased user engagement, with more website traffic and longer page visits due to improved navigation and content relevance. Conversion rates rose as users could easily find and register for events through advanced filtering options in the centralized event catalog. Operational efficiency was enhanced, as automated API integrations and PDF generation significantly reduced time spent on manual updates, allowing the team to focus on higher-value tasks. Additionally, post-launch surveys and feedback indicated improved user satisfaction, with positive responses to the streamlined experience and easy information access.

We faced some challenges with the migration process, as the platform was different from our usual systems and unfamiliar to us. However, the team was incredibly supportive and adaptable, helping us navigate these complexities with ease.

I am the founder of a digital marketing consultancy & agency.

For what projects/services did your company hire Flow Ninja doo?

I had no website to begin with since this is a new company I founded. Through a referral I got to know Flow Ninja and we agreed on a project together to design and create my new website.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

It was a recommendation from a friend that I trust. I know they are working together since a while and he is more than happy with their work.

The project was kicked off by collecting ideas and examples of designs, that I liked. The Flow Ninja team then presented different mood boards to me, so I could decide which design route I want to go. After that I got presented with 3 different web designs (in the end I think it were more even because I was a bit indecisive).

I had a hard time deciding which one to go with because all of them were amazing. After I had make a decision we went into fine tuning the details in terms of design. I also had provided content (mainly text and some photos) for the website.

After some feedback rounds and amendmends on the design I was more than happy with the final result, so it went into development. After a short time the team got back to me with the final website. All of that took no more than 4 weeks - the team is super efficient and all of the communication and steps in the process were seamless.

I was in contact to around 8 people with various profiles - from project management, customer success to design, web development etc. All of it went hand in hand and the whole team knew exactly what to do at which point.

Working with Flow Ninja has completely exceeded my expectations - the quality of work, efficiency of organization and communication and of course working with lovely people was outstanding. I would recommend anyone to work with Flow Ninja and hope I´ll work with them again in the future.

It was super effective. All of the steps were planned down to the last detail and I was informed about everything that was going on at every moment.

I cannot really mention only one thing. It was mainly the quality of work, organisation and efficiency of communication.
