We hired Flow Cubo Studio to build a custom boat booking system inside Webflow, designed for a local Danish lake association. The system needed to support smart hour-based bookings, user-specific cancellation, and a visual grid calendar showing real-time availability by boat and hour.

They integrated Airtable and Make (Integromat) to power the backend logic, enabling us to manage boats, availability, and booking rules dynamically. The final deliverables included the full Webflow implementation, front-end booking interface, and Airtable+Make automation flows for syncing, creating, and canceling bookings.

The scope of work included designing and developing a fully custom website for our guitar company. Flow Cubo Studio handled everything from the initial wireframing and layout design to final development in Webflow. Key deliverables included a modern, responsive homepage, product showcase pages, an “About Us” section, and a contact form. They also integrated CMS collections for our product catalog and blog, allowing us to easily update content. The site was optimized for mobile and SEO as well.

Additionally, although communication was generally strong, setting up a shared project dashboard (like Trello or Notion) could have helped track progress and revisions more transparently.
